The second guestroom features a King guestroom with adjacent en suite bathroom with shared large balcony . The third guestroom suite has two queen beds with full freestanding soaking tub & bathroom and breathtaking views of the ocean from its private balcony.
Each room has it's own luxury bathroom, walk-in closet, and patio access. Guests of The Residences enjoy all the resort amenities including five luxury dining options, golf, tennis, spa, water park, and a variety of water sports equipment.

Reviewer Comments:
Unit was well appointed, however not clean to the standards you would expect for a Ritz rental property. Floors were particularly dirty and upon first clean lots of debris (including fingernails) was removed. Shocking that daily housekeeping is not included given the price of the rental.
