This newly fully renovated waterfront property is great for families and groups. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, large fully-equipped kitchen, fireplace, firepit, horseshoe pit (with separate lighting) and dock. View of the lake from the living room/kitchen. Large private property (2 acres). Gazebo is great for reading, BBQ and family meals. Lake is swim-friendly. Brand new 30ft dock installed. Paddle Board and Canoe on site. Close to a local bakery, small local grocery store, LCBO, restaurant, and large park and play structure.

This large property offers privacy with a great view of the lake from the common areas. It is a four-bedroom house, fully renovated and fully furnished. There are large outdoor spaces such as gazebo, sitting area, dock, horseshoe pit, and a fire pit. You will get to enjoy memorable sunsets during a peaceful and relaxing stay during all seasons.

What makes this property unique

This cottage has been in my family for three generations. With the help of my family, it was recently renovated. I hope that your family will share great memories as mine has!
