About the space
Built for one or two people, the Bunker is located 40 meters from the water's edge of King George Sound, a peaceful oasis to sit with a morning coffee, swim, snorkel, fish or kayak (complimentary kayaks and life jackets provided)
Enjoy the choice of 3 outdoor decks to relax, have your breakfast, or sit in the hammock and listen to the amazing birds singing in the morning.
At night light the outdoor fire and roast up some marshmallows and on a clear night you will see the most incredible stary night sky.
Soak up the peaceful surrounds, enjoy a DVD or read one of the many books on the day bed.
Murdunna is truly a beautiful part of Tasmanian and central to all of the attractions the Tasman Peninsula has on offer.
Visit Murdunna honey, Gin tasting at Dunalley Bay, the best fish and chips at Doo Town, take a walk along the foreshore or fish at the jetty, 30min drive to Port Arthur, 10min to Dunalley and 15 minute drive to Eaglehawk Neck.
The Bunker is designed to get away from it all, limited phone reception, and no WiFi.
Please note the bathroom is adjacent to the main living area and several stairs to access this area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Bunker. We were so cosy and warm, despite the cyclonic weather outside! The hot shower was amazing after a day out at Port Arthur. Awesome little place with everything you need and decorated beautifully.
