This condo was perfect for pur short trip. Clean, roomy and stocked. Located directly across from the pool was a huge plus for the kiddos! Peggy was a great host. Very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable and great location near SDC

We enjoyed our stay! No real problems! Only thing we found condo needed was black out curtains in front bedroom lots of light from parking lot outside came through windows and we like to sleep in dark dark rooms. Kitchen was stocked well, beds were comfy great place for our 4 night stay!

This unit is small, but comfortable and clean. The only issue we noticed was that a few dishes that were "clean" needed to be cleaned again. Not a huge deal. We enjoyed our time on vacation and were happy with the unit and rental process.

Our stay was perfect! The setting was just as pictured in the photos. My daughter asked me to buy her a mattress just like the full size bed. I was really comfortable and relaxed! The drive to attractions was not far away. I will definitely use again. Thanks again for having us!

Mother/Daughter trip to the parks

Great location for us to spend time at Silver Dollar City and White Water Parks. Plenty of nearby restaurants. Close to Wal-Mart. Sufficient kitchen. Comfortable beds and lovely linens. Plenty of sheets/blankets/towels. Didn't use the neighborhood pools - but they looked nice. Needed communication with host regarding water in the bottom of the dishwasher - quickly replied. Smoking next door neighbor was unfortunate to have to smell when coming/going & on the patio.

Great little Branson condo for family of 4

Exaclty as described. Small but worked for a short stay for family of 4. The couch is small and the chairs are a bit uncomfortable, but it’s really all you need, especially if you don’t plan to spend a lot of time in the room. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all of the necessary gadgets for cooking meals. Plenty of towels and thankful for the supply of laundry soap, dish soap, and toilet paper. We’ve stayed in other condos where you had little to none of these items, def not the case with this unit. We did run out of hot water our first night running the dishwasher and taking multiple showers, so just plan for that. We would stay here again. Would love a smart TV in the bedrooms as well as the living room but that’s a luxery request :).

From the Owner: There are Smart TVs in both bedrooms and living room. There is also Netflix & Amazon Prime in the Master bedroom and living room. The second bedroom isn’t hooked up to cable but it can get local channels and be used for gaming purposes.. just had to clarify! If you would have contacted me during your stay, I would have been happy to assist you with the TV problems. Thank you for your feedback. The living room will soon be updated for better comfort.

1)Process of securing condo was very easy. 2)Communication (via email) was done in a timely manner concerning check in/out procedures. 3)Condo was spacious and clean, with a fantastic view from deck. 4)Would definitely consider renting again in the future. 5)Only suggestion would be to have a binder with map of area, restaurants and things to do. We had to ask locals for information help.

Pleasant stay

Nice quaint condo. Nicely decorated and overall a solid stay. No issues and good communication with the owner. The location is great if you’re looking to be close to SDC. Pros: location, views from the balcony, plenty of games for the family, shampoo/conditioner/body wash provided, comfortable beds, soft sheets and towels. Cons: neighbor next door smokes on the shared balcony in the front and had loud music a few times (can’t control that), bunk bed may need to have bolts tightened or some WD 40( it squeaked a lot), bed comforters looked dirty. Overall, would stay again.

Beautiful place to stay. Perfectly clean with everything as described.

Great location to take advantage of our SDC passes. Condo is perfectly sized for a family of four, super clean, beautiful, with all the necessary basics provided., linens, cooking utensils, laundry, and a beautiful deck view to enjoy early morning or at the end of the day. Definitely considering again for our next visit.
