The Jewel of Seachange | Modern Family Retreat Minutes from the Beach

This recently built cheerful property is ideal for a family getaway. It’s a short drive to the local St Leonards shops and 10-15min walk to the water’s edge. It allows 8 people to move around comfortably inside and out. Offering an alfresco area with a decent size back yard with fences around the perimeter of yard to keep all safe. Parking and double garage available.

With 3 bedrooms, 1 with a queen and ensuite and 2 with a shared bathroom and triple bunk in both (single on top and double on bottom) it is ideal to meet your groups needs.
 

It is clean and modern and a cheerful space to gather. A variety of board games are available for all the kids to enjoy big or small. Variety of coffee options available including a coffee machine and plunger. It offers a split system, stainless steel oven, stone bench tops in kitchen, microwave and dishwasher. It is fully equipped with pots & pans, plates, cutlery, cups etc.
This 3 bedroom property sleeps 8 people with a open plan living area. With multiple TVs in main living area, guest room and smart tv in main bedroom. All linen and towels provided for each guest.

Check in details : The door uses a Smart Locked
I have security cameras in the garage. in front of the drive way and side of the house.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please put key back in the lock box and lock all doors.

Leave the house the way you found it. Eg dishes clean and away. -leave all used beds, towels etc -cleaner will vacuum and mop - check in details : the door use as smart locked - security cameras
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The house to be left the way it was found on arrival.
