Great Stay!

The property was comfortable and clean! It was a great stay and exactly what we needed for a weekend visit to NH for a nearby wedding. The owners were so kind and left a nice note on Check in. We also forgot a kindle and they were nice enough to mail it to us. Great stay and kind hosts! Thanks for letting us stay!

Peaceful Escape!

A spacious, comfortable, and quiet home perfect for our weekend getaway. The owners were kind and thoughtful--even left us a welcome gift!--and responsive to our needs. The house is well-appointed and well-maintained, including a piano, and handicapped-accessible shower. Great location nearby the lake, wineries, and scenic hiking trails. We would definitely stay here again, hopefully next time for a longer stay!

Easily walkable to the very lovely village of Westmoreland, but secluded and with a beautiful view, really quiet and user-friendly. Attentive property owners checked in with us to make sure everything was okay, which was kind and made us feel at home. A terrific porch that's warm in the sunshine even in winter, with great views of birds, sky and stars.

Great stay close to Lake Spofford

Two generations of us stayed at the house while our grandsons stayed at Camp Spofford. The location was so convenient for us to attend activities at the camp with only a 10 minute drive. The house was plenty spacious for the four of us. It would easily accommodate six. There is only one bathroom, but that presented no problem for us. The house is clean, quiet, and the beds were comfy. we would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at this comfortable and very well equipped home only minutes away from Spofford Lake. We traveled to visit family and friends for the July 4th weekend and it was the perfect location - close to the lake and to other beautiful nature activities.

We travel a lot and can safely say this is overall one of the better short term rentals out there. The house is roomy- with 3 BRS, a big LR, dining room, well stocked kitchen and sun room. Very comfy beds, great shower, good lighting, plenty of seating, big fridge, and set in a lovely field/yard off the main road. One night we sat out in Adirondack chairs and just watched the full moon.
