Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Great home base

This was a great home for our family. The loft area was an amazing extra space, giving our kids space to spread out. Home was clean and exactly as pictured. The location to the beach was very convenient, and the beach chairs and boogie boards were an added bonus! I will say that some of the kitchen utensils and cookware could stand to be replaced, and the bathroom hand soap was watered down. I would not hesitate to book this property again!

This condo was exactly as advertised. Was clean and comfortable. AC was very nice. The beach umbrella is broken is the only thing that wasn’t perfect for our family stay.

Great Getaway!

Loved the property, views and space was perfect. Long term residents who loved in units long term all very nice while at the BBQ area. Lighting and sitting area near BBQ needs help but we heard it was being worked on from other residents. Would be amazing if they added a jacuzzi but other than that it was a great getaway….Aloha from Kauai.

Maui family holiday

Fabulous location. Beautiful sunset views. This condo was well equipped with beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of towels. There was ample parking. The AC throughout the condo was perfect.The pools were lovely. You are right across from the beach! Communication with Matt was easy. He answered all our questions quickly and efficiently. 10/10 would absolutely stay here again!

Quiet and friendly community that welcomed guests with Christmas caroling on Christmas Eve. PMI Maui were excellent communicators throughout our check-in and stay, quickly resolving any questions. Well-stocked kitchen with all the tools needed to prepare and serve meals. Easy access to Kamaole III Beach, a super family-friendly beach with plenty of space at any time of day. Lots of beach gear the owner generously shared. Convenient spot for sightseeing Haleakalā National Park, Road to Hana, and all other parts of Maui. Highly recommended!

Spectacular condo w/ nice view and AC throughout

We have been staying at Hale Kamaole for the past 30 plus years in different units. We really enjoyed this condo as it had air conditioning throughout, a great view with a high top table so you could look over the railing (versus through the glass). The photos show carpet in the living room and bedroom upstairs but it had been upgraded to hardwood flooring (we almost didn't rent it due to carpet) so this was a nice surprise. The only thing I would change is perhaps updating the appliances eventually but they worked fine and the upstairs shower temperature was not adjustable so that needs to be fixed for future guests as the water was too hot for my child. Overall, wonderful condo and we love this property! We would stay here again.

This two bedroom plus loft condo is located on the third floor towards the rear of the complex. This is positive because it is located away from the roadway and above (3rd floor) other condos for less noise. This condo was very clean and has up-to-date features. Both bathrooms are newly remodeled. There is a large sliding glass door which leads out to the balcony and exposes beautiful views of the ocean and mountains. We also love the keyless entry. This condo is in excellent condition and we would not hesitate to stay there again!

Wonderful stay

We had a great vacation, staying 12 nights in the condo. The unit was in good repair and very clean upon check in. From a package of starter coffee and filters to a closet full of beach chairs, snorkels and sand toys, it was clear that the guest experience had been considered. The kitchen was very well stocked with baking trays, cooking utensils & cutting boards and included basics like oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, condiments etc. that were appreciated. There was air conditioning and ceiling fans in the main living area and sleeping areas (including the loft), which made the unit very comfortable. It was nice to have king beds in both bedrooms. The condo grounds were beautiful and both pools had ample lounge chairs. It felt like a little bit of a hike to get to the nearest pool as the unit is on the 3rd floor and located in the middle of the large building but we got used to it quickly. It was a short walk to Kamaole 3 beach and a quick drive south to other great beaches like Keawakapu and Ulua. We would definitely stay here again!

The open loft bed was perfect for the kids, and all spaces had lots of storage for our things. The shared spaces were clean and the welcome info was easy to find and understand. Having both the stairs and elevator option to get to the unit was helpful for the older adults, and the pool was perfect for the kids. We did not make use of the suggested management company app, but any emails to them were responded to in a timely mannor and they were professional and accomodating to our needs. The heat pump/air condition units throughout the suite were amazing, although we didn't need them all the time as there were also overhead fans. We would stay here again.

Through that App you can contact property managers with any question before and during the stay. They respond very fast.Location is perfect - 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach in Kihei. 5-10 minutes drive to other beaches where you can find beach with shade and snorkeling (e.g. Ulua Beach) - in Wailea area.7 minutes drive to The Shops at Wailea (a modern shopping mall).Beach toys, boogie boards and other beach gear available.
