Nice stay

This is our second time staying at this unit. It's quite and out of the way. We had no complaints.

Cute Apartment

There wasn't that many pans to cook with, and there was not a washer and dryer, which I didn't like. I would have loved to wash clothes. Also, there was no clear description on where to place the trash. It was a cute area and we didnt have too many towels. Thank you

The apartment was clean and as advertised. Getting to it out in the middle of the desert wasn’t what we expected. My wife got ill on the first night and we had to leave. Trying to contact someone about helping with a possible partial refund proved to be impossible since we stayed only one night.
Response from VrboOwner on 6 Feb 2025
Hi Kress, we're glad you found the apartment clean and accurately advertised, though we're sorry to hear your wife wasn't feeling well during your visit. After reviewing your feedback with the homeowner, they'd like to clarify the following: – Our listing includes a map showing the approximate location so guests can research the area before booking to ensure it’s the right fit. – The cancellation policy is outlined before guests confirm the booking. For your reservation, it allowed for a full refund up to 14 days before check-in or a date change up to 48 hours before arrival. Since the stay was already in progress, we were unable to offer a refund. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Your feedback is important to us, and we appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.
