Welcome to The Byron Pavilion, your ideal getaway nestled in the heart of lively Byron Bay in the beautiful NSW state. This superb holiday rental can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, making it the perfect hub for your next group trip or family holiday.

Discover four beautifully furnished bedrooms, each offering different configurations to suit a variety of needs. Two spacious bathrooms stand ready to refresh and rejuvenate you after a day of exploration. Two convenient off-street parking spaces are also included, adding an additional touch of convenience to your stay.

The Byron Pavilion comes with an array of upscale amenities to enhance your stay. Stay cool with the air conditioning or enjoy the gentle breeze from the ceiling fans. Whip up delicious meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, microwave oven, and Nespresso classic pod coffee machine. Maximum of 8 adults in a group - we reserve the right to cancel the booking if the group is inappropriate or we feel uncomfortable
No Schoolies/school leavers, please don't ask
No Parties whatsoever or excessive socialising
We have a strict NO outside noise policy from 10pm - 8am weekends and 9pm weekdays.
No groups under 25 years of age.

Perfect Location

Excellent house for a larger group with a big living and kitchen area. Outside area is wonderful and feels like you are in a tropical paradise. Great Location with easy walking distance to the supermarket and city centre. Would stay again!

Perfect house for a vacation

Loved our mini break at Byron Pavillion. Service was fantastic from the start of the booking until the end and the house was perfectly stocked up for us. It's great for two or more families with so much space and nice and flat with little kids. Loved it!

Awesome House for large group

Easter break/Bluesfest in Byron - this is a fantastic property for large group - plenty of space for everyone - never felt crowded. Nice open plan living, great pool and garden area, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen,easy access to town and beach. 2 fridges great for large group - would definitely stay again.

A great choice

This place is an absolute ripper. Great for a number of couples or large family groups. The back deck and pool area is magnificent on a sunny day and it is only a short walk from town. Highly recommend.

Another great stay at The Byron Pavilion

This was our second stay at The Bryon Pavilion. 4 families stayed to celebrate a 70th birthday. There was ample room for everyone and the kitchen very well equipped. The house is very clean and the property management accommodating when contacted.

Ultimate "Chillax" House

If you want a superbly designed house with amazing kitchen fit out and huge communal areas plus surprise secluded areas this is the house for you and your friends/family. I stayed here with a group of old school girl friends in August we had an amazing time and all will be back !

All 12 of use agreed that we enjoyed our stay at Byron Pavilion. When we arrived we where very suprised how spacious it was and the quality of all the facilities provided. Wonderful property!

Our break at Byron Pavilion was really great! The house was wonderful for a large group of friends, all very clean, beach and bathroom towels were provided and the kitchen was very well equipped! We had great dinners around the large tables (indoors and out) and we could enjoy the pool and beach (short walk from the house). Highly recommend.

Perfect Property

The house was amazing and exceeded our expectations. The layout of the house is perfect for families and large groups. Very spacious indoor and outdoor living areas with plenty of room for all. The property was spotless and the kitchen very well equiped. Fantastic location, a short walk to the beach and shops. We had a great holiday and will definately return.
