Great locatuin on high street. Many good restaurants and bars to visit! Walkable to downtown or campus. Large bedrooms, washer and dryer nice touch, tvs in every room, all the comforts of home.

They were such amazing host. Everything was as described, and the communication was top-tier. They checked in on us to make sure everything was going well and if we had any questions, they were always very prompt in responding. This rental is in the perfect location to so many things downtown. We definitely recommend Budd Hall near the property to grab some food and watch the game. Amazing pizza place across the street too.

I booked my stay at last minute, for a conference in town. I couldn't have been happier with the communication from The Host. Constantly checking to make sure I didn't need anything else or if they could help me with anything. When I had questions they were right there to answer them. The apartment was beautiful. You could tell it has been lovingly taken care of. Everything you could need was just a short walk away. I will definitely look to stay with this host again!

The apt was clean and comfortable. There was a bit of noise from the street, but they do provide noise machines in the bedrooms. We would have liked a table in the unit.

Perfect stay in the Short North. Our son lives right across from the Ohio Union and we just wanted something nearby. This is a beautiful oasis in the heart of it all. Beautifully appointed kitchen and super comfortable king beds in each bedroom. Many thoughtful touches and great communication by the host. Perfect stay near OSU.

Do not trust the review rating. While the house was mostly clean (minus the nasty looking toilet seat and shower, as well as the black walls looking filthy), the security to the apartment is seriously lacking. The security cameras in the hallway are a red flag. When we arrived, there were a group of men hanging out right in front of the door we had to enter. There were homeless people on the next stoop, and a very large group of men hanging out on the other side of the road. I had my daughter with me and her safety was top priority. As we read the guest book inside, we learned there were break in’s while guests were there and the same unsafe feeling for most of the guests. While the host was responsive, they lied when I was trying to resolve the issue. I contacted VRBO and they did little to assist. We stayed an hour and booked a hotel. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. Go a few blocks down in either direction and Columbus is a vibe. Don’t waste your money, they won’t even consider working with you about a refund. Plus, you have to park two or more blocks away and walk to the building. Then they hit you with a mandatory insurance plan.. days before you are supposed to arrive. There is a reason the price is lower than all the others.

This is a gorgeous apartment right in High Street. When I got there, not only did I notice the lovely plants, but there was a sound machine playing jungle bird noises. What a nice touch! The host is very responsive. I loved the location—a mile from the convention center, and right across from Skully’s and the Short North Stage. Anything you can imagine to eat was within walking distance. I plan to definitely stay here again!

Excellent communication. Great location. Parking... they provide on street parking. I just paid to park right in front. Wish the tv was bigger. Seating for 2... no problem. If 3 or 4 people could be nicer. Overall excellent. Id stay there again!
