Condo was located in a great location for my family to be able to walk to the boardwalk or walk to Family Kingdom. The condo itself was excellent, clean and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again

Me and my family enjoyed our stay! The hotel is nice. Let’s start with the good, nice spacious rooms, kitchen utensils etc where great. Loved looking right onto the beach. Close to restaurants and shops. Now the not so good, there is no parking on site and you’re lucky to get one close enough. Elevators kept going down. Also it was kind of annoying having to go to the rental office just for pool bands before you go to the hotel and then afterwards having to drop them off. I feel they should be in the room waiting ?? Or leave with the hotel reception. Bring earbuds, the noise is crazy at night. Other than that we had a great stay.

Great Accommodations

Hotel was nice. Good location. Condo was very clean and welcoming. Large living room and good size bedrooms. Kitchen stocked well also. Would definitely recommend to others. Will stay here again.

Great place to stay!

Love that each bedroom had a view of the ocean. Clean and comfortable space. Good location. Great amenities. Enjoyed lounging on the chairs at the pool facing the ocean. One disappointment was that the balconies were very small. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend Sandy Beach Resort!

Awesome room, with great views.

This was perfect for our family. Three bedrooms all with their own door to a balcony. 2 of the rooms had their own small private balcony. The other bedroom had a door to the main balcony. Nice kitchen. Plenty of room for the 5 of us that went. We loved the 17th floor view! Would definitely stay again!

This property has a more home like feeling because it has a sectional couch, tropical shower curtains and vinyl plank flooring (no more disgusting carpet)! It was in a great location and the digital lock is nice because no one has to worry about misplacing a key! The parking at this resort is easy and there is tons of it. We will be back.

Awesome condo

This condo was perfect for our family and I would highly recommend. My wife did have a slight issue as we were on the 17th floor and she has issues with heights but the rest of us loved it and the view. We especially liked that all 3 bedrooms had their own balcony. We weren’t able to check in until a little later than expected but it was worth the wait. The pool, kiddy pool, and access to the beach were perfect.

Great Place For a Vacation

We were very pleased with this unit. Nice sized TVs. Comfortable furniture. Nice kitchen layout. Plenty of towels. Air Conditioning was comfortable. The management reps were friendly and responded quickly to repair requests. The bedroom furniture is a little large for the rooms and we had several ouchy bumps from running into the corner of the beds. All in all this is a great place to stay.

Overall a great vacation

There was a small hiccup when we firsr got to the room. I think there was an error in communication because our room had not been cleaned. However after reaching out the cleaning person came right away and cleaned for us. Her name was Joyce she did a fantastic job and was a pleasure to meet. The room was perfect for our little family. The resort was great and so were all the employees there. Elliot vacation rentals was the best rental office i have ever used and I will go through them again for our next vacation.

Resort worker

We had a real bad issue withh one of the workers. Every time the guy would see us he would holler at us about something. Then he called my wife racist. This made it one of the worst vacations i have ever been on. Definitely would not want another family to have go threhat we encountered on our week stay.

Great Location! Great Space

The space was very nice. It is located on the beach. Just walk out and the beach is under your feet. The resort has pools and water play areas for kids. The only issue we had is we were led to believe there was a pull out sofa and there was not. Also the TV's in the bedrooms were obsessed. It's like someone was controlling them from another location. You could see the mouse arrows moving around and choosing movies to watch. We tried logging out and rebooting but nothing worked so you couldn't enjoy the TV in the bedrooms. The bathroom lighting was dim in the Master bath.

A spacious condo in a prime location

If you're looking for a spacious condo that can sleep 6 (or more) comfortably in a prime location, this is your vacation home. The balcony offered a lovely ocean view, and I really liked how close we were to not just the beach, but the ocean: we stepped through the gate in the back, walked maybe 20 yards and there's the shoreline. The space was clean and ask described. The smart TVs in every room gave us something to do when the sun went down, and we often gathered around the large dining table every morning to plan our day. Check-in was super easy, and I really appreciate getting checked in off-site: it creates a lot less chaos on Saturdays. Parking was across the street and even the worst spot was still a short walk back to the elevators. Before I left I mentioned one small problem to the owners via VRBO messaging, and within the day someone had came to the condo to fix it. I wasn't expecting it but it was such a nice gesture to make sure our vacation was perfect. Will definitely stay here again if possible. Absolutely no complaints.

This property is just as described. Very nice bedrooms and layout. Conveniently located. Parking was close by and easy to find. Anything you cook the fire alarm will go off just a heads up but not a big deal honestly. Pool was nice and provides towels. Staff was helpful and friendly.
