The apartment was great, beautiful views and very nice accommodations. Beds were very comfortable everyone slept well. Kitchen is well apportioned. Location is good and the availability of food near by at Blue Bay Beach was a plus. Once we arrived on property the staff was great However, prior to arrival the communication was terrible and frustrating. They use 4 platforms to communicate, email, WhatsApp, their guest app and VRBO app. You never know what thread they are on or how to follow. I ask for confirmation on more than once request never to get a response. Then an email to me saying that they had responded only to be beyond the deadline to be of any help. Lovely property and great staff but prior to arrival I would have rated them much differently.
