Communication and accommodation from the host were excellent. The place was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. I will definitely be staying again.

This house was charming, roomy, family friendly. One suggestion to others would be to make sure you bring your groceries because its a long narrow windy road to get there. Also not enough blankets for all the mattresses. The property had nice trails to explore but lots of tics. Our only disappointment was the pool wasn't working.
Absolutely clean, quiet, peaceful surroundings inside and on the property. More than enough space and beds were comfortable. No complaints from my family which is definitely a miracle!
We had a wonderful time at this property! There was so much room to spread out and the kids absolutely loved the game room! We enjoyed walking around the property and the sunrises are gorgeous! We would definitely stay here again!
House was spacious and perfect for a family. It looked like it may have been closed up for a while because of dust and had some mud on the floor but overall it was fairly clean. We did find a wet diaper under one of the beds and some frozen food left in the freezer but we disposed of those quickly. There were not any sheets for the extra beds and some stains on a few of the towels —Having a few more towels would have been nice too. We were excited about the 80 acres but found the trails overgrown and found ticks on us after being on the porch so we didn’t spend as much time outside as we thought we would. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home!
We stayed a while and there was so much room and we enjoyed the pool and they were fast to respond to the ac not cooling down one night they sent someone out the next morning and they had pool guy come by and check levels while we were there. Just hands down the best .
Our extended family of eleven stayed at this property during our recent trip to Kentucky. We used it as "basecamp" to go to area attractions (The Creation Museum, Ark Encounter, and Cincinnati Zoo). It was a beautiful home inside and out. We were impressed by the size and amenities. The kids enjoyed the pool and game room. Would definitely recommend this location to large families who are looking to come to the area.
Was a great host, who answered questions at a late hour instantly. The rooms were nice with comfortable beds. There was a great table to work puzzles on and a nice yard to play croquet. The house had a nice front porch and lots of space for my oldest to pace in the game room in the evening. And, my mother really liked the master shower because it had a bench for her to sit on so she wouldn’t fall while washing. It was quiet and peaceful. Would choose to stay again if in the area. Overall it was great!
The house is beautiful and very much like home. We had everything we needed and everyone enjoyed the game room. If I could make one suggestion is to maybe add a half bath. There were 13 people in our group and we made it fine.
The house is exactly has pictured. The owners thought of everything to make your stay perfect. We were their to visit the Ark Encounter and Celebrate Special Birthdays. There were 6 of us and we enjoyed being able to just relax and visit with each other. If you are going to be in the Williamstown Ky area this is the place stay. Less than 15 mins to the Ark Encounter. The drive to the house is so much fun! If I could give more stars I would " )
80 acres with well manicured lawn & walking paths through the woods. Temps made it perfect for songs around the fire pit. Wonderful kitchen & Great Room for family. Taught the 5 yr olds to play ping pong. Did I mention the pool…kids were over the moon. Beds comply. We had a very enjoyable time! Ark was very close
We had the best time! The house and property was exactly as described ! Extras such as coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo was all supplied. The family space was perfect. The teens enjoyed the pool table and ping pong tables. Plenty of linens and towels was available. Only complaint was there isn’t any mirrors in any of the bedrooms. Otherwise it was perfect.
Excellent stay! Nice home with lots of room! Daily swimming was fun for all ages! The pool was crystal clear and quite big. Kids cried when we left! Such a wonderful place with privacy and room for fun and games. Wonderful decks and patios to sit in the sun or enjoy the shade.Suggestions (that didn’t impede our excellent time):The beautiful kitchen could use some supplies like a can opener, crock pot, hand mixer, measuring cups, spoons, serving spoons, smaller cups and bowls for kids new Teflon type large skillet. The ladder to the pool made it difficult to get in and out of for older and larger people. Some of the outside chairs have tears in them.

Overall a nice property. It was good condition overall and laid out well for a family group with recreation room, hang-out space, and hiking area. We had an enjoyable stay.
Just a note of caution, this property boasts that it sleeps 15 persons. Here is the scoop regarding the 15 number:
- 4 bedrooms each with a nice double bed.(8 persons)
- 3 of the bedrooms had a single mattress on the floor of a closet (3 persons must sleep in closets)
- The rec room contained a trundle bed with two single mattresses (2 persons)
- The rec room also contained a hide-a-bed couch (2 persons)
Therefore I don't think you would want to stay here with more than 8 adults. Kids may be ok in the closet and rec room beds.
Bathrooms - nice bathrooms, but only two. One is a huge bathroom off the largest bedroom. It has a whirlpool tub as well as a large shower, two sinks, and a private toilet.
The 2nd bathroom is off of the hallway and has a 2nd inside door to the shower and toilet.
So, although this is a nice place, be aware that the sleeping areas and bathroom situation probably would not be great for an adult group larger than 8. The other 7 beds may be acceptable for kids. Note that if everyone needs to bathe/shower in the morning before going somewhere, it is a bit of a challenge.
Oh, by the way, this property has on-demand water heating. Therefore, the showers will have an unending supply of hot water which was a great design choice for this property.
The property is remote and beautiful. The house was large and there was plenty of room for the 16 of us (12 teens, 4 adults) . The house was very clean and was cooled down for the 100 degree heat. The pool was a wonderful relief from this heat too. The game room was a great hang out spot for our group of teens. There is an abundance of space outside for the teens to play team games. I would recommend this property for those wanting to go to the Ark with a youth group.
This house is wonderful for a large family gathering! Accommodated our group of 6 adults, 1 teenager and 2 younger children very well! Plenty of room to gather in small groups...enjoy the entire family...nice size swimming pool. Close proximity to The Ark.Highly recommend!!
The property in the picture is what I booked. An hour out I received a call that the property had an issues from a prior tenant. The manager was able to get us into another property. While it did work it wasn't what I booked. But when you have 8 adults and 4 kids that have all drove between 6 to a 8 hours to get here what do you do. If you have a big family that like a farm house feel, a heated outdoor pool and nice fire pit this property is for you. Ps there is a super friendly dog that visits. He is wonderful. Be nice to him. Also there is a funny crazy cat in the area that likes to sun on the grill. So don't freak out.
This property is beautiful! The large room with pool table and ping pong table was perfect! I think our girls spent most of their time in there. It was relaxing, a great place to hang out and catch up with friends.
