Across from the dining area is a dedicated den with a work desk and a full pull-out couch—perfect for remote work or additional sleeping space. Clean condo. This location is my favorite in Fraser/Winter Park area. Easy access to restuarants, short dirve to the mountain. Safeway is very close. Not noisy. Has a garage for your vehicle if the weather is bad.

One of the best rentals I've experienced. It was thoughtfully equipped with anything and everything you may need. Communication with management was professional and immediate. Beautiful, well constructed building and units. My only true critique was the hardness of the primary bedroom mattress, but realize some prefer that.

The condo was wonderful. Everything I could have needed. I did have difficulty finding the building at night. The letters and numbers on the building and garage are very dark.
We were not impressed initially. The location is newer, so we weren't able to find it with our GPS. We had to key the bank nearby. Better instructions and a map of the complex would've been helpful
Not impressed with the cleanliness, especially with the hefty cleaning fee. When I was walking barefoot, on our very first night, there was dirt and hair on the floor in the living room as well as game pieces on the floor that had been left behind from previous guests.
The construction woke me up every morning before 8 am, which was very annoying on vacation. There was quite a bit of hammering, bulldozers, etc.
The condo itself was very cute. Loved the fireplace, the layout. The master bed was very comfortable, the couch, however, was not. I would recommend waiting until construction is complete to book your stay, however once completed, there will be hardly any view remaining.
This is an amazing property. Great location for gravel bike rides. The hot tub is awesome. It's your personal hot tub on your deck. The property was very clean. There is a garage available that was very handy to keep our bikes in. I will stay here again in the future.
