Self-contained 2 bedroom Park Model trailer on private acreage in Garden Bay, Pender Harbour. Walking distance to waterfront marine park with dingy dock, Garden Bay Lake, and John Henry's. Queen bed master suite up front, plus separate back bedroom with bunk beds. Has a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom including all amenities, appliances and dining table, and living room with TV, stereo and sofa bed. Take in sunsets outdoors on the deck with a propane fire bowl or outdoor wood fire pit, and barbecue.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

1. Septic System - only dispose of toilet paper in toilet and no grease or coffee grounds in sink.

2. No smoking in the unit. Smoking is permitted outdoors, please use the ashtray provided to put out and dispose of cigarettes to avoid fire hazard.

3. Garbage must preferably be kept indoors, in sealed designated areas outdoors, or taken to the dump so as not to attract bears and other wildlife.
