Gorgeous, Sunny and Spacious Furnished Home in NDG

Spacious and clean home in the heart of Notre-Dame-de-Grâce (NDG). It is on the second floor, allowing for an abundance of natural light, and it is fully furnished, well-equipped and retains much of its 1920s' character. All utilities are included (heat, air conditioning, electricity, WIFI), along with an in-suite washer/dryer combo, and 48-inch UHD TV with Roku.

There are two dedicated workspaces (offices with doors). Ideal for professionals and artists who would like quiet and private spaces to work.

NDG is one of Montréal's most diverse and fully bilingual communities. The home is walking distance to all amenities, including a metro station and the McGill University Health Centre (MUHC). A short metro ride takes you to the downtown core. At the end of the street, there's a dedicated bike path that goes all the way downtown (and beyond).
