Upon arrival, your group inspected the property thoroughly, moving furniture such as couches and beds, and identified items such as a salt shaker and tissues that were not initially visible. You also sent photos highlighting stains on the carpet and expressed concerns about cleanliness. I responded immediately and offered to have the cleaning team return to address your concerns. However, you declined further cleaning, citing your schedule, even though there was still time before your official check-in. You then requested a refund based on your observations, which I respectfully declined, as these issues are not typically apparent to regular cleaning staff and seem to require extensive searching to uncover. Despite this, I did offer a full refund should you choose not to stay, but you declined and stated that you were happy with the property and found the rooms and beds comfortable and clean. You also mentioned your own experience as an Airbnb host. I do not appreciate attempts to secure a free stay through such tactics and I reject the request for a refund to protect my integrity, as I believe the property met reasonable standards and I do not compensate guests in exchange for positive reviews.
