This house is amazing! Our family stayed a week at the beach and the views were fabulous. We loved the access to the beach and the pool. Pool heat was worth the additional fee - we were able to swim when the temp was in the low 60's. The house was very clean and exactly as describe. Management was very responsive to our questions. Highly recommend

“Best vacation ever!”

This property was absolutely gorgeous! From the space to the rooms to the pool and theater room to ALL the incredible deck furniture on every single deck plus around the pool, was amazing. The views of the ocean were stunning! The space was just wonderful. We would most definitely rent here again and recommend for large families/groups. As my niece said “best vacation ever!”

Great Views

Spent the week at this amazing house with my son, his friends and their moms to celebrate their upcoming high school graduation. The boys loved the theater room..huge screen to watch playoff hockey. We loved the views and all the modern conveniences! It was a great week...wish I was back there now!

This house fit our needs perfectly. Big family group that are all adults, with several couples. The location could not be better. We spent a lot of time on the balconies, looking at the ocean. We also spent time on the beach, in the pool, in the hot tub, in the theater, and in the big family room and kitchen. It was great to have the elevator, both for those that have trouble with stairs and for bringing groceries to the kitchen. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was all well organized with labels and pictures. The one note that I would make; some in the group expected beach towels to be provided. They are not. Definitely would rent the same place again.

Yearly family vaca

We normally stay in Corolla but wanted to try something different as I was married in Salvo. This house was a perfect location and a very easy walk to the beach. The elevator in the house was wonderful for my mother who has a hard time on the stairs. I would say everything in the house was perfect except it definitely could use a deep clean or maybe somethings replaced. The carpets had several stains, even on the side of the mattresses, the hot tub display was broken so you couldn't really read it and the middle floor tvs were very outdated, kind of assumed they would be smart tvs or with a roku box but none were located on the bottom two floors. Otherwise, the house was lovely for our family beach vacation.

Our rating is current as we just left the property on April 18, 2026. As you plan to book this property, be certain you understand that it is actively for sale (with a pending buyer) which could possibly affect your rental. You can see the listing at realtor.com.The house is beautiful, the views are gorgeous but there were several BIG inconveniences resulting in our 3 rating. Here are all of the items we encountered. Several of the door locks leading to the outside were broken and this was a HUGE safety concern for us. The outside shower was filthy and non-functioning when we arrived. Screen in theater room has white spots on it making it difficult to watch. Top floor air conditioner does not hold temperature (stays on 74-77) making it very hot. Both dishwasher face plates were broken preventing use of the dishwashers. Ice maker and water were broken in the refrigerator. Ice maker obviously was a problem because it was held together with two zip ties. We were never able to figure out the TV remotes. The TV remotes in the room do not work on the TV in that room. We had to go to several different rooms to find one that would work the TV in the living room which was very frustrating. The outside yard is full of sandspurs. Do NOT walk in any grassy areas without shoes! Be careful inside where the carpet areas are as well as the sandspurs are embedded in the carpet especially the entrance doormat and these hurt!Positives - outside furniture was very nice and pool is clean.
