Baden House offers a short stroll to the peaceful and pristine Sandpiper Beach. You can enjoy an amazing sunset/sunrise from the balcony and also has a fabulous outlook over the rolling hills in the distance and the adjacent golf course.



A kitchen to make anyone envious, has everything you need to create culinary delights. The open plan living area is a beautiful space to wine and dine or simply to lay back and read a book in front of the fire (Available for use from May-September).



This property is a luxurious and spacious 3 bedroom, two bathroom house, with a unique design and sublime interior. There are many facilities and amenities for guests including Wi-Fi, a large bath to soak in after a day hiking, extremely comfortable beds and an outdoor shower for washing away the sand and salt after a day at Sandpipers beach. This property is perfect for couples and families.

Great family get away

Was a great place to stay and you could do as much as you like or as little as you like. Very well appointed kitchen with everything you could need. Great bath, and wood fire!

We stayed at Baden House 4 nights and it was fantastic! Communication with the property manager very responsive to any query. Check in was a breeze.The location is perfect for exploring Freycinet NP (10 minute drive) and the east coast. The house was well appointed, lots of view from every window. We made use of the washer and dryer for our hiking clothes. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals at home and we loved having a fire going on the chilly nights. Would stay here again!

The house was beautiful and large. In a great spot and a had a beautiful view out on the decking.House was well appointed. Everything you needed was in the house and great quality fittings.Loved the quiet area.It was close to Coles Bay.It was perfect for two couples but it did have 3 bedrooms.I had great contact with the host, throughout the whole process.
