After a day of fun in the sun, head back to the house for a soak in the hot tub or movie night downstairs in the den.

You'll be within a mile radius of grocery stores, a movie theater, mini golf and fantastic dining options including The Jolly Roger and Goombays Grille & Raw Bar. What a nice place to relax

The location was just a short walk to the beach. Conveniences all nearby (I.e, grocery, restaurants, putt - putt). The house was roomy and very clean. My only complaint was the beds. Need to update them. Not super comfy. The neighborhood was wonderful! The management group was very responsive on any little items that came up. I would stay here again.

The house is fine, although a bit dated. Some of the bedding and throw pillows are old and stained. The linens are provided from a linen service, so the owner can't be faulted for some stains on the linens, although we asked for replacements, and the manager never responded. A modest investment could move this property to a 9 or 10, but it is competitively priced, in a good location, and is quite large. We enjoyed ourselves.
