The Brass Haus is a luxurious & stylish experience which is centrally located with the ability to host a large family. This beautiful 4 BDR home is a mere 5 minutes from Melbourne Airport, 16 min to Melbourne's CBD and 4mins to the famous URBN Surf!
The Space
We offer luxurious beds and linen along with complimentary Netflix and Prime TV, completed with fast NBN. Whether you're looking for a short stop over or a long stay, the Brass Haus has you covered.
Our home is designed to accommodate small to large groups. The main focus of our listing is to provide Comfort and luxury. We use premium towels, linen and have the latest appliances throughout the house.
Home Features:
• Queen bed + ensuite for the master bedroom
• 4 bedrooms means everyone has their own private space
• 2 floors with a games area on the second storey.
• Tranquil, private backyard space
• Dad's will have 3 tvs to catch the games and Mom's will love how many
different living spaces our home offers.
• Kids will be fully occupied with our Playstation 4 console, fusball and board games.
• Fully equipped + stocked kitchen
• Large 3 car driveway with plenty of free street parking
• Located in one of Tullamarine's safest, family friendly, neighbourhoods with lots of parks nearby
Complimentary breakfast, Netflix, Amazon prime, Super fast NBN, towels, linen and Shampoo/conditioner/soaps.
The home comfortable sleeps 8 adults, we can accommodate an additional adult with our roll out bed for an extra $20 per night.
We work very hard to keep our little community respectful of the neighbours. Therefore noise complaints or any disturbances to the neighbours will not be tolerated and can lead to immediate eviction with no refund. Please be courteous!
