TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I had a very disappointing experience with the Holiday Rental Specialists at Jimmy's Homestead. When we arrived the house was in disgusting condition - dead insects, spiders and hairs throughout many bathrooms (see photos). I don't think it had been cleaned in weeks. Having spent nearly $6000 for the weekend, my group and I were appalled (and I was very embarrassed having booked it for the group). Holiday Rental Specialists have been unresponsive to my complaint by both phone and email. AVOID THIS RENTAL as they are very unprofessional.

It is disappointing to hear about the condition of the house upon your arrival, and that you were unhappy with its condition. If you had brought these issues to our attention when you arrived we would have asked that our housekeeping team return the property and these issues would have been rectified and the property would have been returned to an acceptable level of cleanliness. Holiday Rental Specialists have a customer service team available 24/7 and we strive to maintain high standards for our guests at all times. We apologise for the negative experience caused and hope we are given an opportunity to host you again in the future to provide a positive and enhanced outcome.
