Beautiful View!

Loved the location and view. Place was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable!!! My only complaint is that that elevator is broken and folks were saying it’s been broke for years. It’s a workout going up the 5 flights with luggage, but beautiful views and cute place!

Amazing!!!

Our vacation was absolutely amazing!! The condo itself was perfect! The furniture was updated and super comfortable, the view is OUTSTANDING, the condo and beach was super clean, quiet, and family oriented, and all kinds of restaurants, grocery stores, and entertainment is all within a short drive. This was our first time in Indian Shores, and we will definitely return. We can’t wait to stay at the Chateaux again!

The Good: fantastic views right on the beach. Decent pool. Pretty easy to get in and out of property. 504 is pretty big for a 1 bedroom. The Bad: they rate this as a Premium rating property but I would call it standard/basic. The furniture is worn and outdated. They cleaning people were not done because maintenance was fixing the AC. The refunded me my cleaning portion without me even having to ask so Plumlee were really great with that. They also installed stainless frig and stove while I was staying there. Overall I probably would pick a different unit if I came again but would definitely go through Plumlee again.

The location and property on the beach was great. However the condo is very outdated.

The dishwasher leaked the AC had a filter that was so old. The socket in the bedroom not working some of them when you plug your item it’s very loose. No light bulb in one of the lamps in the room. The TV in the living room never worked. It would be mince if the maintenance of the condo would be on point. It is nice but it’s not maintained to its fullest potential. Overall it was good. It needs a little TLC

Excellent location and view. Room was clean enough and adequately stocked but very dated with pink, worn and faded carpet, older furnishings, curtains that are falling off the rod from over use and fake plants. This was a last minute booking for us and basically the last oceanfront unit we could find in the area. We will not book this unit ever again as the biggest disappointment was the bed...in a word, awful. We purchased a mattress topper just to make it through the stay. In addition, the living room remote did not work properly and the instructions were dizzying. The entry walls have splotchy touchup paint marks. The kitchen drawers are all askew and as you try to open a drawer, you also open the fridge. The patio table is weathered resin and not very inviting. The unit just looks and feels very neglected. Simple care and updates could make this unit great. As long as it makes money, I guess it really doesn't matter. Upon arrival, we called the rental agency, had to leave two messages and never heard back. There are many many places to rent that are much much nicer then this unit. 7/4/18

Spectacular condo, mismanaged unfortunately

IF YOU ARE NOT RENTING A CAR EXPECT A TIME CONSUMING CHECK-IN/OUT PROCESS! Beautiful condo, spectacular views of the gulf, beach, marine life. Everything you need! We flew in for a short vacation and Ubered out to the location. Management company requires you to check-in in person at their office, two miles from the rental location. They wanted to take the opportunity to promote their local establishments that they are tied in with. When we mentioned that we rented thru VRBO we were shamed with "ohh, that's too bad, next time book directly with us and we'll give you a discount". This is exactly what we were looking to avoid by booking thru VRBO, we didn't need the timeshare-esq sales pitch, just wanted to get some toes in the sand, the condo is keyless entry so no need to pick up physical keys, office visit pointless...could have digitally signed paperwork. Rentals thru management beach chairs-$30 each, umbrella $35, beach towels $5. With no car these were not of interest. RENTAL HAS TWO CHAIRS, UMBRELLA AND COOLER IN IT ANYWAY, found this out once we finally checked in.We ended up reaching out to a secondary company which rents two seat cabanas directly in front of the unit for $35 per day. We highly recommend this, it was awesome! beach cruisers? no mention of them in office visit, never saw them. Would return to I-Shores/Treasure Island again, amazing location! Disappointed in the way rental was managed, asked to not drop A/C below 72, good luck in dead of summer...

Perfect Relaxing Beach Vacation

We absolutely loved this condo & the area!!!! Quiet location with beautiful beach right in front of you!!! Having the minigolf across the street was awesome & a couple close places for food as well. The only thing I would change is the bed was a bit too firm for my liking but I got used to it after a couple nights. The sleeper sofa isn't the most comfortable either but you can make it work when needed! If you are looking for lots of entertainment & crowds, this isn't the place but if you want a relaxing beach getaway with easy access to things by car, then this is a great place! The decor in the condo was beautiful, just as much as the ocean views & it was actually pretty spacious too! The balcony is very private with side walls & provides great shade while you sit & take in the beauty of the beach. We can't say enough good things about this place as it was AWESOME!!! You do have to pick up the keys (for this particular condo it was keyless entry-there was a 6 digit code but you still had to obtain this paperwork at the rental office) which is a bit of pain. I wish they would just send you the code to the doors & such via email so that you didn't have to bother dropping by the rental office. We had also rented a beach umbrella & beach towels which you actually have to also get from the rental office upon your arrival & return to the rental office before you leave so this can be an inconvenience as well (rental office is probably about 10 minutes from condo). We didn't even end up getting the umbrella as we didn't feel the need for it as we swam & then went back to the condo & sat on the balcony which to us was even better than laying on the beach as it was more private & was shaded (not to mention you aren't laying on the sand & getting sand in your shorts). I just thought if you rented such items ahead of time with your reservation, it would be great if they would have them at your condo already so you didn't have to go fetch them or return them. They are good about late check out though-we asked for a bit extra time as we had time in between check out & our taxi back to the airport & they easily extended our check out time by 2 hours at no cost! So that was very nice & appreciated! Despite these few inconveniences, we would defiantly stay here again as we loved it!!!!!

Great except for cleanliness!

As the sole owner of my OWN housekeeping business where I am responsible to clean high end luxury rentals and personal homes I should really not have my standards set so high when It comes to other rentals that I am not responsible for. With that being said if I am paying for a place to stay I at least expect things to be clean. I kept finding things that I simply wouldn’t let slide if I was cleaning. I understand that I am at the beach so I’m loosing the battle with the sand however the floor obviously hadn’t been mopped as my 2 yr old had black feet after running around inside less then 30 mins later. I pulled out several dirty dishes from the cabinet at lunch on our first full day (had left over spaghetti) which then resulted in me running TWO full loads of dishes through the dishwasher before using any dishes, coffee spilt down the front of the kitchen cabinets and onto the floor and a black ring in the toilet upon arrival. But at least the sheets were clean and there was no hair in the shower.

Overall experience was very good. Condo was very clean and nicely updated. The view was great! Beach was wonderful! The only thing I would like to see change would be the mattress. The king mattress was solid as a rock. It didn't seem old but was just the style of mattress. Would definitely switch the mattress out for a higher quality one. But other than that our stay was great.

The views were amazing. The condo was very very clean, we were impressed. The king bed in the bedroom has seen better days. I hurt my elbow on a spring that was right up against the mattress. We were able to look past the pink carpet and teal furniture because of how clean and cared for it was. This was a last minute getaway and there was not much to choose from but when we come to the area again we would probably stay somewhere else. There are newer nicer looking vacation rentals in the area for the same price or cheaper. Don't get me wrong we enjoyed our time, loved the area, and we were satisfied with the condo.
