Great property

We enjoyed our stay, the renovations the owners made make the outdoor area amazing. The views are great and the home is very well stocked and cleaned. The owners were great and look forward to booking again.

Great Place For A Family Reunion:

We have a family reunion every other year on Grand Lake, and we have done this for about 15 years- this is by far the best place we've stayed over the years! Fantastic host and very accommodating. I would highly recommend it.

Amazing Place !!!!

Perfect stay for my large family . The house was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The pool was a HUGE bonus for our family that we utilized everyday . We will definitely be back !

It was great! The location and house were perfect. Nice and semi-secluded with rural and lake views.The only negative thing I can say about my stay is the carpet in the living room and one blanket smelt like dog/cat pee. Other than that my stay was fabulous and my group and I had an amazing trip!

Im so sorry to hear you found animal odor on the carpet. We just had all carpets cleaned about 10 days ago. Sadly sometimes guest bring pets the booking agents are not aware of, nor are we. We have had that room recleaned. We do wash all used linen after each guest. I can only imagine the blanket was put back in the linencloset by a previous guest. Please accept our sincerest apologies. This is not acceptable for the standards set for this property.We hope you enjoyed the rest of your stay. 😀

Spectacular View

This place exceeded our expectations and we’re already planning on returning! The hosts are super friendly and welcoming and their home is beautiful. We spent most of our time in the pool until we got a rainy day that we actually enjoyed too with the variety of games that were available. The kitchen was well equipped and the gift basket was a perfect touch. Highly recommend!!!!!

Enjoyed our time here

We enjoyed our stay. Lots of laughter and well spent time together with our family. Property was well maintained and the pool was wonderful.. the children had plenty to do. Well accommodated with anything and everything you would need to stay here. Welcoming basket in the kitchen and in both baskets. We will definitely be staying here again next year…

Always perfect!

We love this house- the pool and outdoor spaces are amazing and my kids are never ready to leave. The beds are comfortable and the hosts are always gracious to stock snacks and games. It is SO kid ready with toys and such, and it has seriously more towels than any rental property I’ve ever seen which is amazing when you have a large family who loves pool time! We will continue to be happy return customers :)

Best Week Ever!!

One of most beautiful views of the lake. House was super stocked and the gift baskets were a nice personal touch. We spent a lot of time on the huge deck and in the pool swimming and relaxing. The sunsets were gorgeous. House was super clean and spacious. The hosts attention to detail made for a great stay. We will definitely return.

Even better and more relaxing than I expected!

Such a cozy and welcoming place to stay. It was so well stocked and had everything we needed for a super enjoyable stay. The outdoor space was fantastic. Pool was nice and clean, outdoor kitchen was a nice touch, and there were ample places to sit and enjoy the view. Things in cabinets inside were clearly marked so you knew where to find things. I have not a single negative thing to list in this review. I am looking forward to a return next year.

The great grove getaway

What a wonderful week!! This home was so well stocked, better than any home we have stayed at and we have stayed at a lot. The home was very clean , beds we’re comfortable. The pool was heavenly. We spent many hours either in the pool, sitting around the pool or just on the spacious deck. The property owners were very friendly. They do live really close which we didn’t know when booking. It was just a great week for 2 business owners, a busy nurse and her fire fighter husband along with 3 grandsons just hanging out with the old folks!

Great Stay!

All the little extra's were just amazing! From not having to worry about having enough paper towels or dishwasher liquid, to having plenty of bath towels and swim towels, everything is covered. There's board games, outdoor toys, pool toys also. This was the first time we didn't have to worry about needing to go to the closest store because we ran out of trash bags or toilet paper. Everything was very clean and comfy. Cabinets were labeled so finding things was easy. The owners are very sweet and quick to respond with any questions. Great vacation!
