About this property

The Gem @ 39B Emerald Drive

This three bedroom modern home is only 300 metres walk to beautiful Diamond Beach and backs on pleasant open fields and bushland. It boasts two large living areas with vinyl flooring throughout, perfect for a bigger family who likes their own space. The back deck area is great to enjoy a BBQ after a day at the beach or relaxing in a laid back lifestyle. The bedrooms are all situated on the second floor and the main bedroom has it's own private ensuite.

Linen is provided for your stay, just remember to pack some beach towels. Wi-Fi is also provided so that you can keep everyone entertained and connected.

The garage is big enough for a big car and all your holiday toys. The laundry, on the lower floor, includes a 3rd toilet. Local necessities a short drive away including takeaway, restaurants and a supermarket to feed the family.

This property is strictly non-smoking.

A bond applies to all bookings by way of a preauthorisation on a valid credit card.

Beautiful property with the beach close by. The house smells amazing, from the minute we opened the door, my senses were taken to another place. Unfortunately the beach was a bit rough for our young kids to swim in, so we drove to forster but this is no fault of the house, just unlucky with the tide and would prefer a flat, calm beach for young children. We also found alot of local takeaways were closed early in the week - we got caught out with this so plan ahead! The house has so many dvds, books and board games. Some scooters too. The couches were comfortable. Clean and well presented. I would recommend taking your own pillows as whats provided aren't great. It was lovely to listen to the waves of an evening.
