To enjoy a heated pool, there's a daily fee of $55 for pool heating. A 3-day advance notice is needed to turn it on and there is a 3-day minimum.

If the property has a pool fence, it must remain in place for safety and to comply with state regulations.

For reservations extending beyond 30 days, a mid-stay cleaning will be charged to the guest.

Pets are not allowed in this home.
