Location was great and the mgmt company was responsive & friendly. We are over 70 and the 1 bedroom was upstairs & tiny. On top of that, the bathroom was downstairs, The shower floor was super slippery so you have to make sure the mat is secure. Almost fell a couple times. There are 4 space heater panels on the walls. Only 2 worked…the one in the bathroom and the one upstairs. Fireplace is only for show. We would never stay there again.

Overall the property was great. The ocean view was incredible! While we didn't cook in the condo the kitchen was very well stocked and everything in the condo worked as needed. Two suggestions but neither of these distracted from the condo being a great place to stay. The pictures on line of the condo gives the impression you have access to both a downstairs and upstairs deck, but there is only the downstairs deck available in unit #1. Second is maybe a ceiling fan in the bedroom would be good. Thanks for a great stay, and the Oregon coast is absolutely beautiful.

Travelers beware!! Bedroom is upstairs and the only bathroom is downstairs …Not a good choice for anyone who has to go in the bathroom in the middle of the night! Also beds were very thin and soft…, not comfortable at all… the pull out sofa sags in the middle … if you believe a mattress should be relatively flat … not a place for you …great view… nice service… clean

Superb view of the ocean.

The view was exactly what we wanted. Ocean was right out the sliding glass door. Perfect place for a couple get away.

Chose this property due to the location right on the beach, the view, and covered porch which did not disappoint! Communication with host was good and check-in/out processes were smooth and straightforward. Condo is the perfect size for 1-2 people with well-stocked kitchen items. There is some mild staging in the photos of the listing (Deck furniture, bedding, bathroom), but still an comfortable space as advertised. Enjoyed my stay and would choose to rent again in a heartbeat!

We had a great time! We were steps from the beach and close to things in town. The only complaint I would have is that we could clearly hear the people in the unit above us moving around.

The location was amazing. The view and access the beach were the big draw for us. We had issues with cleanliness when we arrived and the internet/wifi didn’t work for the length of our stay. Management offered to out in a maintenance request, but we ended up declining the offer since it would have happened while we were in the room and/or napping.

Lovely and right on the beach!

We had a wonderful time at this property. Centrally located to town and nicely appointed condo. Clean and quiet. Be aware that the bedroom is up a very skinny set of stairs and is very small- basically just room for the bed and no bathroom upstairs. That being said we loved being able to sit on the sofa and watch the waves. Would definitely recommend for a couple.

Perfect place for our beach getaway!

We just loved everything about this property. The view of the ocean was the best. It was so nice to be able to walk out the front and be on the beach. It was also close to anything we needed to see or do in Rockaway Beach. we couldn’t have enjoyed it more. Thank you so much!

Great Location

It was SO nice to be on the beach. House was clean. We were there for a week, it would have been nice to have coffee provided! Fireplace was awesome to have. Overall positive!

Great beach

I really loved that it was right on the beach. Really nice main level, great shower! Only negative was upstairs bedroom. Kind of small with no dresser. The bed was comfortable and it would not deter me from booking again.

A beautiful week

We had a fabulous, wonderful time. The views are spectacular. The beach just steps outside. Whether the weather was sunny or misty, it was perfect. We took some fantastic photos. The property was very clean and exactly as described as to features and amenities. We read the previous reviews and were prepared for the issues illuminated there. It was just 2 of us and we had a memorable vacation.

Wonderful!

The view was spectacular! The unit was spotless with new kitchen/appliances. The living room was cozy and comfortable as was the bed. I would definitely stay here again. The only note I would add is there is no bathroom on the second floor by the bedroom so you have to go downstairs. Fine for us but someone with mobility issues may want to consider. A+++

Spent 2 nights to celebrate anniversary. The place was clean and comfortable. We kept the back door open when we were in the condo to hear the waves. There was an easy access to the beach one house over at the corner. The beach was beautiful. It wasn't very crowded when we went. I think we will be back. The town is small. We went to see the big tree and that was a nice easy boardwalk trail. If I had to say something bad, there is a sign in the condo saying Relax, you are on beach time. My relax is not waking up and leaving by 10 am.

Great location. Condo was a little weirdly layed out and the furniture in the dining area was in disrepair. We didnt have any extra garbage bags in the unit so we called for more. They said they would be delivered but never were. Didn't seem like support was local.

Awesome little beach getaway

Overall I loved this little condo as it is right on the beach. There is nothing better than sitting on your deck, watching the sun set or listening to the waves roll in. Perfect! This was our first trip to the Oregon coast, and we picked Rockaway since it was central to the area we wanted to cover (Cannon Beach to Pacific City) and that worked out perfectly. My only negative was that the bedroom was very small. Too small to even fit our suitcase, but since it was just the two of us, that remained downstairs. Everything else was very nice and very clean. I would not hesitate to book this condo again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Rockaway Beach condo. Our main purpose was the ocean view and the beach which was steps from our deck, down a sandy dune to the beach. Perfect! Everything was very clean and neat. Our only disappointment was that the weather was cool and rainy (typical early October) but the fireplace was wood burning, which we had not noticed in the listing and the thought of looking for both wood and kindling so we could have a fire seemed like more effort than it was worth. I wish I had noticed that so we could have looked for those on our way to the condo. It mentions it in the listing, but I wanted to also point out the bathroom is downstairs, the bedroom upstairs so if you need to make nighttime trips to the bathroom, be aware of that. We brought our own food since there is a fully equipped kitchen, but bring your own seasoning and oil since the only thing there is salt, maybe pepper. There was also an electric car charger which we used for our plug-in hybrid so that was a plus. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and especially the wonderful access to the ocean beach!
