Hi Roger, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize if you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - Thank you for reaching out to the Guest Contact during your stay about operating the AC unit. We were happy to help you troubleshoot so that you could enjoy the home. The AC unit was inspected after your departure and is fully functional. We have also purchased an additional window unit for the home. - While we cannot guarantee the availability of community amenities, we do understand that these amenities play a large role when guests book a property. Unfortunately, there was an internet outage in the area during your stay. We immediately notified you of this out-of-the-ordinary event and apologize for the inconvenience. - Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Your feedback is important to us, and we appreciate the opportunity to address these concerns. While we do regret our home was not up to your expectations, we are happy to report that no issues were reported by the guests who stayed the following weekend.

Thanks for the review.
