- All dogs must not be left unattended, left to roam to the property alone, go to the bathroom without it being picked up, and must be on a leash at all times outside

- Dogs must be leashed at all times outside
- Dogs are not allowed to go to the bathroom on the deck, please use the dog rest area under the pine tree out front and promptly clean up any pet waste, bags are provided next to the front door
- Your safety matters. This property features a Ring Doorbell device with an exterior security camera facing the back outdoor entry and 1 camera located at the front door facing the front entrance. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras actively record video when motion is detected by the device (including devices linked to the camera such as the alarm system's motion detector) or when the video doorbell button is pressed
