Spacious and extremely clean home in a wonderful location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay in this lovely home. The home is conveniently located within easy walking distance to the town centre and a walk around the beautiful Lake Marma is a must. Lucy is a very attentive host who wanted to ensure we had the best stay possible.

The property itself was fantastic, yard is huge and house was spacious and clean. AC/heater & fan in every bedroom. Location was perfect with three kids playgrounds, public tennis courts & other facilities under 5min walk away. Check in/out super easy. Had a great stay.

Everything Fantastic

The four of us all appreciated the state of the property which could not be faulted. Position opposite the lake is ideal for enjoying the Murtas long weekend. Highly recommend to anybody looking for a wonderful time in Murtoa.

A beautifully appointed house

Very warm to arrive at. Thankyou. Close to some amazing areas. Wildflowers in the Grampians spectacular. Lovely home. Would love to go back one day.

Finding Peace and Quiet

This was a very comfortable and well located property opposite the lovely Lake Marma in Murtoa. Just what you need if you're looking for some quiet time out with you're family and mostly yourself. Super clean and tidy with all the amenities you might like or need. Highly recommended

Overall the property was excellent, only complaint was the heaters in the bedroom, I think that they need a service as one was so loud that it had to be turned off and one other was blowing cold air. I will still give the property 5 stars.

Murtoa Stay

This property was extremely comfortable , clean with beautiful manicured lawn front and back garden. Lake was just across the street and had views of it from bedrooms and lounge room . Great outdoor area Communication with Karl & Lucy was outstanding . This accomodation I would highly recommend to enjoy your stay in Murtoa . Short walk to a cafe, great coffee, home made sausage rolls along with yummy cakes and slices . Thanks again Karl & Lucy for providing a welcoming home away from home .

What a gem!

Firstly, communication - what a pleasure to deal with Lucy and Karl. We will be back. Secondly - their home. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us, the rooms are extremely clean, bedding such a good quality, clean and fresh. All bedrooms have fans and s/systems. The bathrooms are clean and fresh, complete with good towels. The kitchen has everything you need. The lounge, comfy and cosy with a beauitful view and outback, a lovely lawn with table and chairs to enjoy the peaceful ambience of the place. We stayed for two nights, next time, hopefully a little longer. Nothing was too much trouble for these amazing hosts. Thanks Lucy and Karl. Till next time!
