0R FOR $250/2+ CONSECUTIVE days or $300 for 1 day. The First Full tank of gasoline (about 15 gallons) is provided. Please notify me by email, within 24 hrs. of your desire to rent the pontoon. We will send a contract and key and review safety features and instructions. You can make payment by cash, check or by money order. Or you can request to make a CC payment through VRBO.

~Enjoy watching the deer roam freely as you play. Water recreation includes fishing, swimming and boating. Lake Arrowhead is the largest, man-made, privately-owned lake in Georgia. The lake is approximately 540 acres, with a water depth of 80 to 100 feet, year-round.

~Fish include bass, bream, and catfish. Hiking trails, playground, picnic area, tennis and 2 pools are available for your use from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

~This beautiful home has 4 bedrooms, and a 5th bedroom is a loft on the 3rd floor. The master bedroom has a king. The other four bedrooms have 2 Queens and 2 Full mattresses. The home comes with 3 full baths.

~Linens are provided, and all beds are TRIPLE SHEETED, like they do at high-end hotels to cover, protect and sanitize the comforters, mattresses and pillows. No Bedspreads and shams to worry about whether they get washed or not.

~Each bathroom has a blow dryer. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with new appliances, coffee maker, microwave and garbage disposal.

~Wireless Internet for your laptop as well as Flat Screen televisions in the Living Room, rec room and master bedroom are available. A microwave above the bar with sink, in the rec room for popcorn with movies.

~In the fall and winter, you can build a fire (duraflame type logs only) in the stone fireplace in the living room. During the summer months you can swim right off the dock that is only steps from your back door. Year-round fires on the dock in a new fire pit for roasting marshmallows as the sun sets over the mountains.

~A NEW 7-man Hot Tub (that receives weekly professional Spa Valet service with daily treatment available) overlooks the lake and the foothills, making visits to the lake a year-round option!

~For those of you that enjoy nature, you will be visited daily by our resident Hummingbirds, Mallard Ducks, Kingfishers, Canadian Geese and an abundance of turtles! Deer can be seen throughout the woods.

~If you are interested in taking day trips from Lake Arrowhead you can enjoy a variety of amusements. In Atlanta you have, Six Flaggs, White Water, Stone Mountain, Atlanta Braves Baseball to the New Aquarium. In the North Georgia Mountains, you can plan a White-Water Rafting Trip, train rides through the foothills or one of the many festivals throughout the state!

~Absolutely no smoking or Pets
~A request is made to toss your used towels in the washer/dryer before you leave, so we can focus additional time on disinfecting the home between guests. It's a huge help to our cleaning team and only a request.
~There are stairs to the lake, and two sets of stairs in the house.
~The 5th bedroom is a loft with partial privacy on top floor, overlooking the living area.
~Please read the contract and understand that additional cleaning fees are possible if check out procedures are not met... ie: leaving Dirty Dishes, kitchen trash, furniture rearranged, carpet/furniture stains etc.
