From quiet mornings with coffee to fireside conversations after a day outdoors, the home is set up for connection and comfort in every season Whistler is known for.
Living space
This entire home offers open, social living areas designed for groups to spend time together without feeling crowded. The main living space features large sofas, a cushioned bay bench, a wall-mounted TV, Sonos speakers, and a gas fireplace that brings welcome warmth after snowy days. For relaxed nights in, a dedicated home cinema room includes an 80-inch smart TV, surround sound, and tiered seating, creating a cozy retreat for movies or shared downtime.
Sleeping arrangements
Eight ensuite bedrooms sleep up to 20 guests, allowing families or groups to spread out while enjoying privacy. On the main level, six bedrooms feature a mix of king and queen beds, each paired with a private step-in shower and single vanity. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms continue the ensuite layout, with one king bed and one queen bed. An additional bathroom with a shower is located near the hot tub area.
Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is built to support shared meals, with a 48-inch Viking range, double refrigerators, double dishwashers, and all the essentials needed for cooking together. An 18-foot dining table seats eighteen guests, making it easy to gather for long dinners, morning planning sessions, or games that stretch late into the evening.
Outdoor living
Winter days often end outdoors, soaking in the hot tub as steam rises into the cold air or gathering by the fire pit under clear mountain skies. A balcony with mountain views includes a BBQ grill, while additional outdoor seating areas provide space to step outside and take in the surroundings year-round.

The home includes washer and dryer access, WiFi, a dedicated workspace, heating, portable fans, and self check-in with a smart lock. Parking is available with a garage and driveway, and safety features such as smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, and a fire extinguisher are in place.

Located in the quiet White Gold neighborhood just north of Whistler Village, the home offers easy access to ski lifts, shops, and restaurants. Lost Lake Park and the Valley Trail are nearby, offering winter trails for walking and cross-country skiing alongside year-round recreation.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including 8 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A private garage provides parking for two vehicles. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

It offers quick driving access to ski lifts, shops, and restaurants, and is close to Lost Lake Park and the Valley Trail for year-round outdoor activities. • Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
