Whether you are looking for a group getaway or a private retreat; we have what you're looking for.

We are located in beautiful Kingsville Ontario on Cedar Creek, just walking distance from the picturesque Cedar beach and Lake Erie. The Cedar House is located just a few kilometers away from over a dozen wineries and restaurants. Come for fishing, Golf, boating or any of your favorite seasonal activities. The public boat launch is just a minutes drive as well as the Cedar Island Yacht Club and the park.

We are a year round cottage rental with full amenities. We offer short term stays with some longer term opportunities.

We enjoyed lots of space, and the home was super clean. We were able to drop the kayaks right into the water in the backyard. The neighbors are friendly, and the neighborhood is quiet.

Loved our stay at the cedar house. House is super clean and quite spacious. It was fun to sit by the water and watch all the fishermen pull in their catch. The mattresses are the most comfortable we've ever splept on! Thanks to our host Jeremy. We will definetly be back!

Spacious cottage and wonderful outdoor sitting areas. Access to the creek for kayak use is steep, not easy to manage. Fun fishing location close to Kingsville amenities. BBQ needs cleaning and written operating instructions would have been useful.

Sitting on the north side of Cedar Creek, and a brief walk to the beach, the Cedar House is a very comfortable place to relax and unwind. The main floor is larger than it appears from the outside, the modern kitchen is well equipped, and the bed in the largest of 3 bedrooms was comfortable for us. As it was only my wife and I here in late August, we didn’t use the other two bedrooms, one of which is upstairs in the fully-finished attic. The central A/C for the main floor works well, and the upstairs uses a window unit for cooling. We loved sitting in the bright sunroom or outdoors, watching the occasional kayaker or small motorboat go by. There are four kayaks and a canoe available for use, two TV’s indoors, and plenty of board games, etc for rainy days. There is a bakery/ice cream/latte shop about a 3 minute walk away, It’s about a 5 minute drive to downtown Kingsville, about 30 minutes to Pt. Pelee, and about 30 minutes to historic Amherstberg. The neighbours are quiet, the road nearby is lightly travelled, and time seems to slow down here. There is parking for a couple cars and Jeremy was very prompt and helpful in responding to any questions that came up. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Everything was so clean and well equipped. The pictures don't actually do it justice. I like to cook and I found the kitchen great to cook in. Instructions for closing up were very well displayed for us to follow. The back porch area was great for playing games and the bed was very comfortable. Sitting out back along the canal was very pleasant. Next time we will love to have a fire in the fire pit out back. The neighbour next door was very friendly and non-invasive. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area. Thanks so much Jeremy!
