About this property

River front house with pontoon 5 mins from the beach

This is our home, which we would like to rent for Christmas to fund a holiday. Our home is located on the river in the heart of Broadbeach Waters. You can walk to the beach, tram stop 8 mins walk, Broadbeach central, Surfers Paradise. Pacific Fair shopping center is 2 tram stops away. Local cafes, surf clubs, and Broadbeach bowls clubs make this a lovely central location. There is a private pontoon with the house, so hire a boat or jet ski for lots of fun on the river systems. You have an outdoor bbq, fishing rods, and spa, there are lots of fish and fun to be had !
