Lovely Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Downstairs bedrooms are very roomy. Always a challenge getting the TV's to work tho. Living area very cozy space for five. Central location is great. Party of 5 adults enjoyed our stay very much.

The unit was very clean and centrally located. It had everything in it that we could need, including a fully stocked kitchen, and body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in the showers.

The Sunrise complex is located in a very nice location in Mammoth. The creek and trail are just across the street to enjoy evening strolls at sunset. The condo was nicely furnished and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen are a bit dated but the rustic feel offsets that. Although I did not use the the additional available complex amenities, my grandkids did enjoy a swim at the pool. I would definitely rent another stay in the future.

Had a great stay over the 4th of July week(end). Property is in a great location -a short walk to downtown (Vons etc) and a short drive to the Village. Unit was clean, well stocked and worked well for the 5 of us, including an 18 month old toddler. We also brought our chihuahua Overall a really good experience.

This place was the perfect stay for our group ski trip. This place could comfortably fit 8 people w/ 2 bedrooms w/ attached private bathrooms on the 1st floor, 4 twin beds up in the loft (3rd floor) & a separate bathroom on the 2nd floor. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/spices. The showers had great water pressure, however the hot water lasted only for about 4 people. The location is great, 3 mins from Vons and restaurants/breweries. We drove about 10-15 minutes to park at The Mill and start our ski day on the mountain. The jacuzzi and sauna were so nice after a day on the mountain too! Overall, this place is spacious, a comfortable stay, and in a great location. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great location and amenities

The property is a little dated but it has everything you need for your stay. The hot tub and pool were great after a long day of hiking. The upstairs loft twin beds were uncomfortable and old but other beds were decent.

Only thing I wished they had was a fan upstairs because it got really hot up there and my kids struggled to sleep. It looked like they had one but it was broken.

Good Managment

Had some issues, the listing was wrong on VRBO and the oven didn’t work but Managment gave us a bit of relief and fixed the oven even in a blizzard.

Nice location, good floor pla for a family vacation.

Far From Village

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is big but far from the village. The sauna doesn't work and the hot tub was lukewarm. The place has spiders so if you don't mind the spider bites then it's great. Thermostat adjusters were convenient and it's a big place to accommodate a group of 8.
