Welcome to Fireside Lodge 202, a modern 1-bedroom/1-bathroom condo situated in the heart of the village, offering extremely easy ski-in/ski-out access. The homeowners have thoughtfully designed this property with guests' needs in mind, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for the chef at heart, and the open-concept dining area and living room provide ample space for entertaining.
From your private balcony's seating area, you can take in the stunning view of Mt. Morrisey. On warm summer nights, you might even choose to dine outdoors, enjoying the fresh mountain air. The master bedroom features a queen bed, and the living room includes a custom-designed sofabed, allowing this condo to accommodate up to four people comfortably.

Additional rules
* An online Damage Liability Agreement must be accepted before access to the property is permitted. This will be sent to your personal email 8 days prior to your arrival (personal email must be provided after your booking is accepted). This is required as our damage policy covers more things than a standard 3rd party site damage policy.
* Municipal Noise Bylaws dictate that quiet hours are between 11pm - 8am.
* Municipal Parking Bylaws dictate that no parking is allowed on the streets from October 15 - May 15. Parking is allowed on the "even" numbered side of the street during the remainder of the year.
* Guests are responsible for any fines received from the Municipality and our fees thereon for any bylaw infractions. Fines and fees are described in our online Damage Liability Agreement.
* Large adult group bookings may require additional damage deposits. A booking will only be accepted once you confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of the listed conditions provided to you.
* Property is strictly non-pet friendly and non-smoking (tobacco, nicotine, marijuana, vaping, etc.). Evidence of either will incur penalties.
