The direct Gulf front views are spectacular from this 3 bedroom, 2 bath condominium. The master bedroom features a king size bed, ensuite bathroom with step-in shower, sliding glass door to balcony and TV, the 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and TV, and the 3rd bedroom has twin trundle beds. The Hallway bathroom has a tub with shower. There is a DVD in the living room and Washer/Dryer is right in the unit for added convenience. The head on views of the Gulf of Mexico and lush tropical landscaping just below the balcony can be seen from both the living room and the master bedroom. Free long distance to US and Canada and secure Wi-Fi in condo. The property has both a heated swimming pool and hot tub as well as both gas and charcoal grills for your use. There is a community recreation room on the first floor with Ping Pong and 100's of books in the lending library. This unit has an assigned Undercover Parking space. Great Stay

We enjoyed our stay. My wife and I work remotely and needed to work while staying during our kids' fall break. This was the perfect place. It has its own wifi, and we were able to work from the balcony while the teenagers played on the beach.

Gorgeous views

Needs to be cleaned better. I liked that it was calm and peaceful but yet close to Clearwater and St Petersburg.

Nice place

View and location spectacular. Condo needs a deep clean, bathrooms need updating. Kitchen, patio and living room great! 3rd bedroom very small and no room for belongings. Beach, pool, gardens all great! Overall nice place.

The actual property was fine. A little dirty and dusty inside the room. But the property manager was very rude on multiple occasions.

I don't know if the property manager you are referring to was someone at the actual condo building. If that's the case they are a separate company and not part of Plumlee. Plumlee manages some of the condos at the building but the building itself and the grounds are not part of our responsibility. Great location… needs updating

As far as location this property is amazing! And the items in the balcony closet were a great perk. Upon arrival there were a few things we noticed…. Some toys from a previous renter we left sitting throughout the living room (nerf bullets and other) one of the dinning chairs was broke and the furnace filter needed changed. There were some stains throughout (floors and kitchen counters). The third bedroom was tiny with no closet. The whole unit needs a complete update (kitchen counters, bathrooms). The linens could have been nicer ( no pillow cases for pillows and the blankets were so thin almost like a table cloth). Overall it was a good stay and the view was unbeatable!

Just ok

The good: Great beach, warm water, pool, great view, 2 gas grills for grilling downstairs, saw a BB game, dolphin boat trip, off-shore fishing for great grouper and snapper, Busch Gardens (an hour away), plenty of hot water for showers in an old shower, Publix and Walmart a mile away, nice Plumlee people, glad red ride moved out about 5 days before we got there! (nothing you can do about that), Caddy's across the street for good frozen drinks and ok food, and great sunsets on the balcony. The rough stuff: Old property (anout 30 years old, one toilet didn't flush, fridge not cold enough even after 3 days), ONLY ONE parking spot (visitor is IF one extra space available-first come first in), only 2 elevators for 10 floors of people and 10 condos on each floor, both broke (but repaired in a couple hours), everyone checks in at the same time so a line through the parking to get to an elevator and IF you get a cart to help), no sidewalks to walk on (walk on the street shoulder that is being repaved some day), bed has a hump in the middle, need pillow cases, need more silverware, beach bike rentals times awful (you have to bike in the heat of the day and when traffic is on the road), and lastly, off-shore fishing is a drive over rough water for 2 hours to a spot, fish for an hour or 2, and drive back over rough water for 2 hours to get back-but caught nice groupers and snapper...but it is rough...2 of our 6 got sick and could not fish)...good eating though, found a restaurant that would cook them, most will not especially because red tide - to go fishing take your trip to Fort Lauderdale! But, we had some great beach days and lots of fun.

John, Thank you for your review. The property is not new but it is well maintained and has on site maintenance every day. We do not show that you called us about the toilet or the refrigerator during your stay. We have our maintenance and housekeeping offices right on the island so we can take care of any issues that arise during guest stays. One of the benefits of renting with us is our overflow parking available at our office if guest parking is full at the building. There are 72 condos in the building sharing 2 elevators so they can get busy during check in/out times but other times during the week are not so bad.
