TC 207 is a 2 level, 1200 sq ft, ski in/walk out, 2 bed+loft, 2 bath unit that sleeps 6. New common area hot tub installed summer 2026. The unit has a great mountain vibe with tall ceilings, modern rustic decor and floor to ceiling windows. The living room is wide open with a gas fireplace and a deck that looks up towards the Ten Mile Range. It also features a smart TV, and bluetooth speaker. Downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and adjoining bath w/ radiant heat floors. The upstairs includes a large bedroom w/ king bed and flat screen TV, a spacious loft w/ 2 twin beds and a shared bath. The condo offers free Wi-Fi, covered parking, shared hot tub/gas bbq/coin-op laundry facilities and a ground floor ski locker. Situated right on the condo access ski run, this unit is located in the Center Village of Copper and a short 3 minute walk to the ski lifts, restaurants and shops. One assigned parking space available on-site. Overflow parking subject to availability, please contact rental management to request a permit.
