Lovely apartment, 30 m2, very quiet, ideally located in the heart of Suquet (historic district in a pedestrian zone). Close to everything (Palais des Festival, Forville market, restaurants, beaches, Croisette). Ideal for 2 people, conferences or holidays. Balcony with beautiful open view, authentic and romantic environment. Perfectly equipped, air conditioning, Wifi, household linen and cleaning included.
Non-smoking apartment, animals not accepted.
