SPECTACULAR "THREE BAYS"
Summary:
Stunning beachfront luxury apartment. Located at First Bay beach in Coolum. "Three Bays" is a small complex consisting of 4 apartments.
Boasting breathtaking ocean views. Light, bright, beautiful interiors. A well appointed kitchen with top-notch appliances.
Prepare a meal, whilst enjoying the ocean views, which can be seen from every room. Perfect location to spot the whales migrate past from June to November each year.
The Space:
First Bay, directly opposite is a renowned surfing spot, and boasts a beautiful sandy beach and rock pools to explore. The patrolled beach, Coolum Beach is less than a 10 minute walk away.
Coolum's vibrant village, Surf Life Saving Club, cafes and restaurants are less than a 10 minute walk. Sunshine Coast airport is a 10 minute drive.
Inside Spectacular Three Bays:
→ Open-plan living, dining, and kitchen with retractable bi-fold doors opening onto the deck, complete with outdoor seating and BBQ
→ Fully equipped kitchen with top-quality appliances and Nespresso coffee machine (with pods)
→ Master bedroom with king bed, smart TV, air conditioning, and large walk-in robe
→ Second bedroom with two king single beds (push together to make one king bed, please advise your preferred configuration when booking)
→ Each bedroom features its own bathroom with double head showers
→ Laundry tucked neatly behind bi-fold doors, including washing machine, dryer, and basin
→ Large smart TV in the lounge area with air conditioning
→ Free Wi-Fi and Bluetooth speaker
→ Binoculars for whale watching
→ Undercover parking available
The perfect spot to unwind, share meals, watch the waves, and enjoy special moments together by the ocean.

Coolum beach is a laid back coastal town on the Sunshine Coast, with a vibrant beach vibe. Trendy cafes, restaurants, and boutique stores.
Noosa is a scenic 20 minute drive along a beautiful coastal road.
I have provided a guest manual with all our favourite dining spots and local attractions.
Getting Around:
Generally a car is the best way to explore everything wonderful that the Sunshine Coast has to offer. However if you do need to use public transport there are regular buses that run from various locations along the David Low Way.
Other Things to Note:
This apartment is on one level. There are two flights of stairs to the main entrance.
