We had an amazing stay at this property. It was just as described, parking was easy (pay attention to signs), clean, and had everything we needed for a family of 7. Also enjoyed the neighborhood and walkability to restaurants. Also a great location from points of interest!!!

The house was very clean and huge. We had plenty of space between us 7 ladies. The house is very modern and has all the amenities and things you’d need for the perfect stay away from home. We were able to contact our host quickly and effectively via Vrbo which was awesome. I would recommend this stay for anyone looking to visit DC. We didn’t get to explore the surrounding area too much but there were lots of food and convenience store options around. Downtown area is about a 20-30 minute drive away due via uber because aren’t many freeways around.

Good home for group

Great home we shared with family members on our visit to DC. Plenty of room for all of us. Home was clean, communication was good, no issue with parking and easy walking distance to metro. Great place for a group to share.

Great property in D.C. and first experience with Vrbo!

This was my first time using Vrbo, and I was making arrangements for a small family group attending a wedding in DC. The property was exactly as described - even better actually! My family was really pleased, comfortable, and it worked well for us. Communications were helpful and responsive in advance of the stay.

Hi Rick, We're very sorry we were unable to accommodate your early check-in and late check-out requests. While we always try to be flexible when availability allows, scheduling constraints occasionally make this impossible. We're unable to guarantee early arrivals or late departures and we have check-in and check-out times in place to maintain the home between guests. We hope you enjoyed your time otherwise. It was great to host you again and we wish you the best in your future travels!

Very Well Worth It

My family & I are very particular about our where we stay when on vacation. I always take the time to write a review afterwards bc after applying the filters when searching for a property, the reviews of said properties are of great value. Below are the reasons this property rates a 5. *Prompt communication *Very accurate description *Very clean *Great property location *Easy checkin/checkout *Easy available street parking

Light, Bright and Airy

This property was one of the few listed on VRBO that had room for all the family members intending to come to our reunion. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and a lovely, large common area. The home was sparkling clean, well provisioned. There were a few glitches in functioning equipment but management was more than willing to fix what needed attention. The walk to the Metro was doable, grocery shopping available, lots of fun little restaurants and coffee shops in the area. The property was probably the most fixed-up on the block, the neighborhood friendly and felt safe. We enjoyed our stay and were grateful for the ample room provided.
