The property is not the unit shown in the pictures! The room provided was a clean, basic studio unit on an upper floor. When I booked the property in June, the description also said 'private plunge pool included'. Upon arrival, we were not only expecting the room shown, but also the plunge pool which is still shown in the pics. Despite trying to contact Holiday Management Co multiple times since our stay a month ago, no one has called or emailed me back. Extremely poor service. Cannot believe that you can get away with advertising one product but providing a different one without providing any compensation!!
