Quick weekend getaway

Check-in process was super easy. Property was clean and tidy and well stocked for our needs. All the beds were super comfortable, the king bed downstairs was the best bed ive slept on in any rental we've stayed at. Plenty of room for the 8 kids to run around and play outside. If we are needing to rent in the white mountains again, we will definitely try to stay here. Overall, great and relaxing weekend!

The house worked well for our family of 7. Pros: extremely comfortable beds, responsive hosts, great location, perfect amount of space for 7Cons: kitchen has a lot of things, but is missing useful items like plastic baggies, foil, and a clean sponge; beds for 14 but zero room for their stuff/food (no dressers or empty kitchen cabinets); showers both have half exterior walls causing water to spray all over the bathroom floor (and not conducive to bathing young children)

The property was easy to access. The host responded quickly to any issues we experienced. The property is in need of some upgrades and TLC. The kitchen lacks overhead cabinets and all of the draws were full of utensils, mixing bowls, dish towels and pot holders which left very little room to store dry goods. The bedrooms did not have dressers and the closet shelves were packed with extra pillows, blankets, etc so there was not sufficient space to store clothing. There were only two plastic chairs on the deck and enough beds to sleep 14!

Nice stay on a holiday weekend

Overall nice stay at the cabin. Just a few small things we found to be a slight inconvenience while we were there. The listing should list that this Cabin is located on a main road into Pinetop Country club, on a holiday weekend, there was non stop traffic all day and late in to the night, some of it being side by sides speeding over 50mph down the road. Not quiet or private. We contacted the hosts about spiders & bug issues in the kids beds, sofas, and dishes. We were infromed that an extermination had happened prior to our stay.

We do understand how traffic in the area can be more noticeable during busy holiday weekends. The road the home sits on is a public road leading into the popular Pinetop Country Club area, and while it typically remains quiet, holiday traffic can certainly increase. This is the first time a guest has shared that the road significantly impacted their stay, but we truly appreciate you bringing it to our attention and will consider how to better set expectations for future guests. Regarding the pest concerns, we’re sorry to hear this was an issue for you. We were not made aware until after your departure, but we do take all concerns seriously. The home had just been professionally treated prior to your stay, and we’ll continue to monitor and address any pest activity as part of our ongoing maintenance.
