Great house, highly recommend!

The house was beautiful, we would definitely come again. Close to the vineyards and local restaurants, but theres a well stocked kitchen so we ended up cooking at home most nights. The property manager was also very helpful!

Beautiful home, excellent location.

Such a beautifull home where pictures do not do it justice! The home is in an unbeatable location just a few minute drive to stores, town, wineries, breweries and more! It is also a 2 min walk to the bay. The home will be even better when the pool is ready for summer, which is currently being being & looks great.

Perfect spot between the cute village of Greenport and Southold. We were here for our son‘s wedding at Peconic Bay yacht club and we loved the quiet street that led to a beach. Perfect weekend!

We stayed at this house for a bachelorette weekend and it was perfect for our group. The space was large with a great communal area for hanging out together. The location was on a quiet street, offering a peaceful environment. It was clean and comfortable

GREAT stay all around!

Mark's house is fantastic! The house itself is clean, spacious, inviting, open and bright. Master bedroom is amazing with views of the bay and balcony. Beautiful big open kitchen that is great for preparing big meals, with direct access to great deck to eat outside. Pool is brand new and amazing with side yard giving ability for kids to run around and play. Steps from private beach to bring the heart rate down a bit and relax by the bay. 2 min drive into town for coffee, restaurants, daily needs, etc. 7 min drive to Greenport where there are way more of all this as well. Mark was accessible for any need at any hour of the day and was extremely responsive. He even coordinated to place bikes and toddler scooter at the house knowing we were interested in them. He provided great recommendations for things to do in town (e.g. go eat at Waypoint!). 5 stars - highly recommend and hope to be back as well!

A lovely, cozy and clean home

We stayed at this lovely home during a family wedding weekend. It fit us all comfortably. It is cozy and clean. Communication with the property manager was easy; he was very helpful and made the process seamless. This is a beautiful area of Long Island and the Vineyard Beach House was a wonderful addition to our family wedding weekend.

What a beautiful home! With three living rooms, and a massive kitchen island, we had more than enough space for the 10 guests staying at the house. All rooms were spacious, and no one felt cramped. Linens, towels, and room were clean and crisp. To that end, the décor was elegant, beachy, but also simple, classic and comfortable with a little bit of luxury mixed in. Our contact was super easy to communicate with, and instructions for our stay (and clean up) were beyond simple and very much appreciated. Not only would I recommend this home, but I certainly plan to stay here again. Thank you for everything! A lot of memories were made :)

Weekend Getaway with girlfriends

We stayed for a long weekend to celebrate a handful of 40th birthdays.We had ten guests and the house comfortably slept all 10 adults. There were 3 full bathrooms, which made showering adn getting ready for 10 women a breeze. We loved the open concept in the kitchen and living rooms so that all the guests could be a part of the fun, while we were cooking, eating, drinking. We spent a day touring the vineyards and really enjoyed that the location was super convenient to the vineyards and to the Greenport center. Unfortunately, it was early spring so we didn't get to enjoy many of the outdoor ameniities but i am sure they are wonderful. We were probably the 1st renteres of the seasons so we came across a few spiders and bugs but the nothing that wasn't a normal expectation for renting super early in the season. I would highly recommend for a girls weekend away!
