The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed. The whole apartment was extremely clean and excellent instructions on how to use everything. The hosts were in communication the whole time and I would recommend this to anybody looking for a North Vancouver stay.

Nilly & Behrooz were wonderful hosts and very accommodating. Excellent communication and a really spotless, well-appointed apartment. My wife and I are very detail oriented and this apartment is truly very clean. It was perfect as a home-base and it was close to many attractions. We went to Science World, Lynn Canyon suspension bridge and Grouse Mountain and all were less than 20 minute drives. The waterfront is a short walk away and there are many places to grab drinks or have dinner and there's even a splash pad for the kids. Delany's Coffee is a short walk away and an easy place to grab a nice coffee in the morning or a sandwich for lunch. Having a dedicated parking spot made it super easy for bringing things in from the rental car. We have a toddler so having the laundry was very helpful, there is a full kitchen that we could make meals in and there is a park with swings and slide for small kids a few houses down the street. Would definitely stay here again.

The owners are great with communication, the unit was extremely clean and organized, and the area was quiet while being in close proximity to all the wonderful things North Vancouver and Vancouver have to offer. Great space in a prime location in North Vancouver. Within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and bars, also withing walking distance to the sea bus for easy access to downtown Vancouver. I'd recommend this rental to anyone.

We were so happy to stay in this lovely space! Everything was sparkling clean and exactly as pictured. The hosts responded almost immediately to our communication. Directions to the unit and check in instructions were clear. The outside area is a beautiful space. Be advised that there are a number of steps down from the front street to the unit, so if mobility is an issue it is better to enter through the back lane and have just a very few steps down to door. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place to stay!
