It is a 10 minutes drive to Rockhampton. This home is fully air conditioned as well as air conditioning in all bedrooms and lounge. There are also 2 large patios one in the front and one in the back Smoking is allowed in patio areas only. Suitable for the the whole family to enjoy and have a peaceful stay.It has a lock up garage with remote control roller door , free parking for 2 vehicles in total.House is well maintained and outfitted with new furniture and modern adjustable plantation shutters throughout. It has ultra fast free internet with streaming services such as Netflix, Paramount Plus,Disney,Amazon Prime, Stan and Apple TV included.Also a ps4 console with 2 remote controls. There is a Roku device fitted to tv giving extra free streaming content.

The house is in a quiet area & easy to find. Security is fantastic and the enclosed areas add privacy. Parking in the lockup garage with automatic door was very handy. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for our 6 night stay. Beds & pillows were very comfortable.
