The main hallway has several paintings - as well as a private laundry room - to admire before you reach the living room. Relax on the plush furniture, and enjoy entertainment in the form of wireless internet and a flatscreen TV with a DVD player. There's fresh air just steps away on the balcony!
Take a break from the stunning ocean view of the balcony by whipping up a home-cooked meal! Ample space and stainless steel appliances make the kitchen perfect for cooking, with seating at the breakfast bar for three indoors and more room out on the balcony. Cleanup is as easy as loading the dishwasher!
Two bedrooms allow four guests to stay at once, with two twin-size beds in the first room and a king-size bed in the master bedroom. Fantastic beach condo

The pictures were exactly spot on and we were thrilled that we were so close to the beach with an incredible balcony. Great location in Jaco Beach and it was especially nice having access to Croc's Resort for the great pool and bar area. We were there with our two adult children (24 and 28) and the spaces were wonderful. Very nice kitchen area, bathrooms were nice. Location was easy to walk to restaurants, areas in Jaco Beach. Only difficulty was getting in, the code did not work and we had no actual keys. I was able to find a Vacasa person who gave me actual keys for the property.

Beautiful beach front condo with amazing sunsets.

The Palms has the best priced beach front condo's in Jaco. This unit has the best working Air Conditioning Units of any Jaco rentals that I've stayed in the past 15 years. Furniture is very comfortable and all appliances work. The only problem we experienced was the disgusting sewer smell in the condo. Management has air freshener dispensers located throughout the condo along with boxes of baking soda to unsuccessfully help "offset" the odor.

Needs some work....

I have been staying in the Palms building for 6+ years and this was the least impressive condominium by far. Besides the ocean view, which is amazing you can tell the unit is primarily a rental with no frills and bare minimum cleaning and maintenance. One of the mini-split AC units was not working, they had "damp-rid" buckets everywhere, there was mold growing on the refrigerator/ freezer door gaskets, The brita water pitcher needed a new filter, the electronic entry door lock didn't work and needed to use a key.

Incredible view, location, cleanliness and staff

This was the perfect condo for my trip, the view from the 7th floor over looking the ocean is absolutely incredible, takes your breath away. The staff interaction was flawless, easy check in and great friendly people. I was able to walk the entire beach and through town with no problem, felt close enough to everything but private enough to feel like my private beach. Book this place, Vacasa knows what it’s doing!

The view was fabulous as were the amenities. the condo was comfortable and in close proximity to all the bars and restaurants one may want to go to. Parking was very limited. i was worried about parking on the side of the condo on the public street with the rental car but there were no issues. 24 hr security was good

Great location, comfortable furnishings

There were a few glitches, but Nathalie at Vacasa took care of everything in a timely manner. We would stay here again. The Crocs pool was wonderful - probably due to the fact that there weren’t many tourists. If Crocs was a capacity, we wouldn’t have the peaceful atmosphere.

I have stayed at the Palms many times. This was the worst stay by far. Arrived "early" before the posted check-in. Security and the onsite office "manager" would not let me store my luggage onsite until the unit was ready. Waited 30 minutes for them to reach the property manager who finally agreed to let me check in. Once I got inside none of the air conditioners would turn on. Was probably 90 degrees in the unit. Took hours before someone came to turn the breakers on after calling general customer service. There are 2 TVs in the unit. None of them worked the entire trip. 1 TV had sound and no picture. The other did not turn on at all. I can go long stretches without watching TV but really? You're charging this much a night and cannot provide a basic amenity like TV? A dumpy roach motel charging 30 bucks a night provides a working TV.......cmon Some of the lights were out in the place or the switches didnt work. 1 of the elevators broke on a Tuesday. By the time I left on Saturday it was still broken........... I think you get the idea. Not enough attention being paid to upkeep here. It was borderline neglect. Improvement needed on my next trip or I will never return.

Amazing beach front condo

The condo was well appointed and the beach front views were incredible. Having access to Crocs Resort and Casino was a huge bonus due to their beautiful pool and $3.00 rum & cokes. It is a 5 minute walk to a great restaurant called Raquel's where everything on the menu tastes amazing and ranges in price from $5 to $10. We ate their a couple times a day! The only negative is that the ocean is too rough to swim in when we were there in March, but we did a day trip to Manuel Antonio beach where the ocean was warm and the swimming was perfect!
