Fantastic Log Home!

Five of us went to play tennis in Rome at the state finals. We booked this beautiful property and could not have been happier. We had the absolute best time there, and would recommend it highly.!

Great stay at the cabin. Awesome views all around the property, very peaceful. House was spacious enough to comfortably fit 12 guests. Basement provides good entertainment and games for the night, or enjoy the night weather with a fire pit and the covered pavilion.

A Dream Weekend!

Absolutely beautiful home and surrounding property! We spent our wedding weekend here and can’t wait to spend some future anniversaries in the home together! There was no reason to even leave the property, there is plenty of space to relax and unwind! Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay!

A beautiful property! The house layout was a great match for our extended family. There were plenty of thoughtful, extra touches. We had a bit of trouble getting the downstairs theater screen working, and the owners were very responsive in providing the needed help. We were only there for a 3 day weekend; I would have enjoyed a longer stay!

Spacious and cozy

You will not find a better place to relax and have your own space than this property which has a massive gathering place in the kitchen and it’s own movie theatre room plus a river behind the house to look at from the wrap around porch

This property was perfect for what we were looking for. The only feedback is to ensure all AC's are operating and functional. The property managers quickly assisted and were very supportive. This is a very unique property and we collectively agreed that we would choose to stay here again.

Quiet escape

Had an absolutely fantastic time at this beautiful, warm home during a recent visit to Georgia. The house was gorgeous, the grounds beautiful and after long days out and about it was the perfect place to come home to. The teenagers in our group loved the movie room, the parents enjoyed the pool and poker tables and there was plenty of space for all of us. In addition, the owners were great to work with and accommodated our travel schedule so kindly. This is exactly how you hope a rental goes when you click the book button. Look forward to staying again during another trip that way. Can’t recommend enough.

Amazing Stay

We have been staying in vacation homes for each vacation for the past 10 years and this home is by far the best home we have ever stayed in. The home was decorated beautifully for Christmas and we couldn't have asked for anything more. Rachel with the Evolve team was a pleasure to work with and answered any questions we had. The home is close to Calhoun but far enough out to feel like you are away from it all. The theatre was a treat for us to watch movies and football. The pool table was great for the whole family. I also loved being in the mountains, but not having to drive up a winding road to get there. The drive to the home is lovely. As beautiful as the pictures are, the place is even better in person. Thank you to the Evolve team for a wonderful Christmas stay!

Not Enough Time

The property was spacious, comfortable, well-equipped, and uniquely decorated with horse/cowboy/wildlife decor. I tried to sit in every area of the deck and the house, but I ran out of time. All twelve of us had plenty of room to hang out together or spread out. Our only small fail was not getting the sound to play in the small movie theater. Subtitles worked for everyone except the four year old. Ha! Maybe include a little sheet for turning on the DVD player and the sound system for non-techies like me? Thank you for providing such a fun place to stay! Next time we come, I’ll try to schedule more time on the property.

Wow! What a place. The first night the sky was clear and we saw the big dipper, lots of stars and satellites. It was so quite you can actually hear the wind blowing through the leaves. We were just 4 miles from the interstate but you would think we were 40 miles away. Super quiet, we down loaded a bird app to see what was around us, we listed 26 types of birds. The view out the front porch is spectacular, the back porch was shady and peaceful, one of our crew fell asleep in the porch swing. Tons of room inside, we were up for a wedding (3) families and the kids went to the basement and the Adults hung on the porch, front and back. Loved the place! Great wifi, cool decor, so much space, lots of areas to roam too. I highly recommend. I'd give it 10 stars if it would let me. A great 4 days!

Magnificent!

My Garden club held our October meeting at this magnificent cabin just as it was being opened to the public. It is the perfect place for a relaxing group getaway. Situated on the beautiful Coosawattee River in rural Gordon County, GA, this cabin's comfortable and spacious indoor and outdoor living areas give everyone plenty of space to gather or reflect privately as desired, while its decorations beautifully reflect the rustic setting. A wide variety of amenities and activities are available in and around the cabin as well as in the surrounding area.

Engagement Rental

We recently rented the cabin for friends/family coming in for a proposal. The cabin was clean and well maintain. Our stay was peaceful and made beautiful pictures for my daughters engagement. We will definitely be renting again! Owners were wonderful too, so easy to get along with and helpful! I highly recommend this cabin.
