About this property

Great Sunset Waterfront Cottage.

The property is spectacular views of the water front to the Bay of Quinte. Close to Prince Edward County and Breweries. Our cottage is minutes from the town of Napanee and our backyard surrounded by lot of trees so you will feel very private.
This is a year-round retreat for couples, friends and families with kids and located in between Toronto and Ottawa. Perfect place for fishing all day at the backyard or you can drive to Sandbanks and enjoy the amazing beach.
WIFI Included and smart TV in the living room. The three bedrooms are with comfortable beds and linen to create a good sleep to our guest. There are two queen beds, one double bed and bunk bed will host for 8 people. There are two washrooms and the Basement washroom is newly built. Kitchen is equipped with microwave, oven, stove, pots, utensils, fridge, freezer, and range hood. some basic spices, kettle, toaster.
we offer 2 Kayaks with Life Vests at a cost of free for your entire stay.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Nice little escape

Fun little property in a very quiet area. It was nice to escape to this remote cottage, there's lots of space to relax and the home is well-appointed. The hosts are very quick and clear with communication and really nice to deal with. They have done a great job renovating the space and it is comfortable to be in. A couple of notes for prospective renters: The listing mentioned AC, but that is only in the main part of the cottage, the bedrooms do not have AC so it can get really really hot on a summer night. Although it is listed as a swimming area, it is a rocky and swampy/weedy area that needs water shoes and as the listing mentions, it is very shallow. Lastly, there’s no coffee machine, so be prepared to make the 20-30 round trip into town in the morning for your groups java.

Cottage is few minutes away from the town of Napanee, which is very close to highway 401. Close to Prince Edward County and Breweries. You can find variety of stores for your needs such as Walmart, Metro, Rexall, Canadian Tire & etc.

What makes this property unique

Cottage is located on main road, easy access to the cottage and maximum 3 car parking space. Bay of quinte is great for fishing and swimming or you can drive to Sandbanks and enjoy the amazing beach. Beautiful sunsets, great scenic view of lake, good fishing and swimming, rural area, peaceful. In winter you can enjoy ice-fishing and snowmobiling.
