Holiday Dreaming - Breakers 1/11 is a split level penthouse, located on the 2nd and 3rd floor (northern corner). Recently refurbished with new furniture, smart TV and wifi. The entry level (2nd Floor) features two bedrooms, main bathroom, open plan living and front balcony that overlooking fantastic ocean views. The master bedroom occupies the entire 3rd floor, with large en-suite with bathtub, a walk in robe, and private balcony with sensational ocean views. Some of the best views in Yamba.

* PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

- Linen is supplied at this property. Bring your own beach towels.
- We provide a basic starter pack, such as toilet paper, dishwashing tablet, etc, to cover your needs for a night or two. For longer stays, please bring additional supplies.

The Breakers is a magnificent development designed around a full resort style leisure centre, comprised of a 17 metre swimming pool, spa and BBQ pavillion with lavishly landscaped grounds. Enjoy all Yamba has to offer, including it`s famous beaches. Only 100 metres to the clear water of Pippi Beach. The beachfront apartments feature large terrace balconies with views of Pippi Beach and Dolphin Park

The view is fantastic and the location is great. The unit is tired, it needs a paint. I found the walls and doors quite grubby. It doesn't have air conditioning but the ocean breeze was nice.
